These guys were so short staffed I'm surprised they were open. Despite that, the two employees at 9am on a Saturday morning were polite and friendly. Our food was good and they did the absolute best they could.
Took forever to get food pushing 25 minutes after I ordered. There were 6 people waiting for orders or DoorDash deliveries. Seems like they are only serving the drive through over the dine in. The condiments bins for hot sauce were empty. The tables were not clean. When I came in the lights were off in the dinning room. I definitely believe they are understaffed. I frequent this location a few times a month. This is not normal for this location.
I mistakenly placed an order on the Taco Bell app to the wrong location, and the location I ordered it at wouldn’t refund me. However, will one of the employees here named Will overheard this happening and stepped in and made sure to help me get the food I ordered. He really helped me out. Thank you so much Will! This guy belongs somewhere great at this establishment. Way to go will.
