Had a great experience here last night 8/23. Very friendly guys working, perfect order accuracy. My only complaint is the shell inside the Crunchwrap had a weird taste from being fried in old oil, but that’s just a minor thing. This Taco Bell is the most competent one in the city. I recommend driving out of your way just for the good service!

I come here every single day and their lobby stays filthy. You all are never busy when I pull up so there’s no excuse for the lobby looking the way it does. This is also the only Tacobell I’ve been to in Colorado Springs that has the skinniest burritos. I kid you not you spend more time chewing on tortilla alone then anything else.

This is THE Taco Bell. Do not waste ur time going to the one in monument (they will somehow put HAM in ur quesadilla). This establishment ALWAYS has acceptional service and food whether it is 1:30am or 5:00pm. Even when the employees are tired, they are still amazing and always make everything 10 times better than other Taco bells. Service was trash. Short changes orders, make sure if you order here you double check your food at the window. The manager is beyond rude and doesn't really seem to care about his job.

Don't pay attention to customization on orders very well. Portion size for cost is off... too little for too much $$. Staff does try to be friendly and correct errors. Clean inside. Outside could use some help. Drive thru lane is hard to get thru with larger vehicles (trucks and large SUVs)

We had to order from a kiosk, the tables were all dirty, we weren't even sure anyone worked there.
