Service was trash. Short changes orders, make sure if you order here you double check your food at the window. The manager is beyond rude and doesn't really seem to care about his job.

Don't pay attention to customization on orders very well. Portion size for cost is off... too little for too much $$. Staff does try to be friendly and correct errors. Clean inside. Outside could use some help. Drive thru lane is hard to get thru with larger vehicles (trucks and large SUVs)

We had to order from a kiosk, the tables were all dirty, we weren't even sure anyone worked there.

Drove my Lyft riders thru the drive-thru. Got the burrito supreme. Nice little meal to get me through the night.

This Taco Bell is always perfect when we go through the drive thru without fail but every time I have ever doordashed from any Taco Bell in Colorado Springs I receive worlds most bs rendition of my order ever❤️ Don’t accept an order if ur not gonna make it lmao

That was the worst food and service that i've ever had at taco bell in my whole life. It literally took like forty five minutes to get our food and we ordered five box meals. All the orders were wrong. The food was cold. Everybody had no clue what they were doing. Worst experience ever. Good luck going to that store

The cashier thats wearing a face mask even tho its 2025 gave me a quesadilla when i asked for a burrito
I was sick and didn’t wanna go back to argue but i feel like if i had gone back and asked for a burrito like i had ordered the cashier would have made an issue out of it
Not saying that happened but i had a feeling that would have happened if i had tried to correct my order and i just didn’t have it in me to deal with anymore bs that day
I have never really liked this taco bell. The service is always rude or they take forever to take my order or they always get something wrong

Great location, we stayed at the great wolf lodge and the drury inn. Was nice to have something so close that was reasonably priced! Kind of a long wait but got our food and headed back to have some fun. Seems brand new but we didn’t go inside. Nice area and seems well taken care of.

Dietary restrictions: They allow you to change the ingredients for literally everything. So if you hate tomatoes or are allergic, you can ask for them to not be included.
