I’m not sure how Taco Bell, or any fast food restaurant for that matter, can double prices on their customers and still offer cheap, disgusting food. Employees didn’t even tend the front of the restaurant and the guy next to me had to yell back at the employees just to have them come take his orders. They do kiosks for ordering to cut down on the number of employees they have to pay and still they’ve doubled costs. What insane world where we are all beholden to shareholders are we living in.

Absolutely ZERO effort put into making the food. One is a steak quesadilla and the other is a half complete Mexican pizza. Lady taking order is kinda rude as well.

Make sure you check your bag BEFORE you leave the parking lot. This location is NOTORIOUS for always forgetting at least 1 or 2 of my items. Every time. So I have to park, check my bag, and then run inside to get the food that THEY forgot. 🙃

I should've checked the reviews before coming here. The service was ok, quick and no issues there, nothing to note. However, the queso is clearly old. One of the containers had a film, and it's pretty obvious they just dumped it in without a care about it being old, and the other is clumpy and coagulated. The first part of the quesadilla also had hardly any cheese, and no chicken. Food tasted funky. The Baja Blast also did not taste right at all. Very disappointed in the food I paid for, I do NOT recommend spending your money at this location!

Their receipt printer was down but shout out to the staff working 7/6 around 2pm. Ordered online and checked order before we left, didn’t see the nacho cheeses and went inside saying it was forgotten. But nope, they were in there and they were nice about giving me another two. They also made my cheesey Gordita crunch beautifully.

I was just down there in the drive thru and it was fine and all. a bit of miscommunication but also I have 2 people in the car trying to tell me orders while the employee was trying to get my order at the same time but I get home and I ordered fiesta potato's instead I got a tiny to go tub of nacho cheese and my crunch wrap supreme that was packaged horribly it wasn't even in one piece the inside ingredients were all over the bag! everything else was fine. I had repeated the fiesta potato's 5 times a different employee had to came on and said you want the fiesta potato's I said yes they got it but gave me nacho sauce I got charged for the fiesta potatos its on the receipt

Manager is rude as hell. She forgot my Avacado sauce that comes with the steak burrito 2pk. When I asked for it she tried to give me acado salsa. When I asked corrected her and showed her tue receipt she had a attitude and not even half way filled the cup of sauce (pic below) and even showed her, when I asked nicely and being patient for more she had an attitude and said no and walked away. The cup wasn’t even half way full. She needs to be replaced or fired, for being rude

Don’t ever leave without checking your bag, because they ALWAYS forget something. And when you ask them to fix it, they’ll tell you to prove it. Like girl if someone REALLY wanted to, they could pull around, drop a taco in the back seat, and look at that! There’s one less taco in the bag! I went ALL THE WAY HOME, realized I’m missing stuff, came back without the bag but receipt in hand, and was told unless I have my bag with me, I’m out of luck. How about if it’s that important you pull up the damn cameras and hold yourselves accountable?

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The employees are rude. I placed a mobile order to pick up and went through the drive thru. I checked everything in the bag to make sure it was correct and I had all items. We left and went back home 15+min drive. Once we got home my husband noticed the rice and beans side had beans underneath when I requested NO BEANS seemed like they tried to hide their mistake. The quesadillas were burnt like black, there was barely chicken in the quesadillas, there was lettuce in the quesadillas. I called the first time someone answered and I talked to them in a nice way then he walked away and was talking badly about me and hung up. I called 4 times till someone picked up and I told them what happened and I over heard them in the background talking badly about me. The manager was very rude and adamant about I need to bring up the food if I wanted a refund. I used to work at Taco Bell and not once have I ever treated a customer like this. I wanted to go back but my kids and my family were hungry so I had to spend another $45 for them to actually eat edible food.

Ordered a Doritos supreme taco combo meal twice and both times they were the regular without the tomatoes and sour cream.
I came in here and got exactly what I ordered, i always come here after the gym order a steak crunchwrap and a dr pepper and its amazing they are kind and cool when you talk to them!

So weird to walk into a restaurant and instead of having the workers greet you they look right at you from the back of the store and instead of greeting you, they are sitting there gossiping about this and that. I used to work at a Taco Bell about 30 years ago and I would have been fired. Thanks to the one gentleman though who was working behind the counter who seem to be picking up the slack for all the chatty girls who prefer to talk shit over doing their damn job. Last time I go to this location!

HOW CAN ANYONE BE OUT OF ALL BREAKFAST FOOD??? Out of all the taco bell locations this one is always been a disappointment. Went this morning to order some breakfast only to find out they were completely out of breakfasts items. What a poor excuse for a Taco Bell.

My friend ordered 3 boxes and we got what looks to be leftover food from the day. Somehow we got curly twists nacho fries and nothing that was suppose to be in the boxes.
