Ate here a month ago and it was excellent.
Not today. TERRIBLE
Ordered Super Nachos and a bacon/egg/potato breakfast burrito today.$26, plus $2 tip at the drive thru - $28.
The carnitas were so dry I literally couldn’t chew them - legit harder to eat than beef jerky, no exaggeration here. The burrito was bland and the bacon was little tiny bits that were just as dry as the carnitas. But items were lukewarm not even hot. Didn’t eat even half of either one. The lady asked what kind of sauce, I said red only - she gave me green sauce only. What a WASTE of money. Thumbs down.

Great food and service !

The reason I am giving a 3 star review is I am feeling sick. I chose to have a breakfast plate this morning about 7am and about 11am I started having bad heartburn and a upset stomach. Then came the headache and bathroom issues. It was the only thing I have eaten and I felt fine before. I am not 100% confident it was the food but that is what makes sense. The food tasted amazing and I ate nearly all of it. I love eating there but this time did not agree with me.

My family has grown to really like Taco Express. Everytime we go, our food is excellent and the servers are friendly. One of our favorites is the Gordo. It's very tasty. I recommend this place if you want affordable and good tasting Mexican food.

The cowboy fries was very good and very flavorful it kinda melts in your mouth but it’s definitely worth it for 15 dollars it’s not bad

Overpriced losy food $50 for 1 quesadilla and 2 burritos. Kitchen staff doesn't know how to shut up. I understand that this is what they'll be doing for the rest of their lives. Chopping up vegetables in a hot kitchen and whistling until your last days.... But c'mon people are trying to eat. Pay attention to what you're doing.

One of the best Taco Express in the Springs!! Highly recommended going to this location staff is great, and the cleanliness is excellent. Also, the portions are great and plenty.

Perfection 🤌🏽

Stopped here for lunch. For the record, I’m pretty picky. That said, the fish tacos were amazing. The fish was juicy and cooked to perfection. The lettuce was crisp and cut beautifully. The pico was fresh and delicious. The crema was on point. The tortillas were so good and that’s the part I’m most picky about. Lime & salsa to top it off 😮‍💨 10/10

The young man that helped me was kind, respectful and very helpful while I was trying to figure out what to order. The cook made this food with live y’all Thank you🫡

pretty discouraged that I was charged 12.25% sales tax, higher price than the menu showed, and they hid the burned ground beef on the bottom of the nachos. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Won't be back.

The tacos are reminiscent of socal's notorious shredded 🌮 and delish. Breakfast burritos are ginormous. The rice is kid approved. The drive-thru is a bonus.
