Taste of China

Used to be very good and clean for the most part. Not sure if it's due to the pandemic, but upon this last visit it was gross, hardly any food, all drinks were watered down, table was dirty that sat us at because there was still the check on it and there was no one in the restaurant except employees when we showed up.

Used to love this place. Upsetting that the bathroom was so unsanitary, the food was old and dry and was cold. It used to be so much better than this.

Do not waste your money! The food was cold and gross! This place has truly gone downhill! The service was subpar and I won’t be returning. The restaurant was not clean and I left feeling so disappointed ☹️! Feel like I got my lips ripped off!

Absolutely horrible. The food was rock hard and disgusting. The food had a foul odor. Someone needs to shut this place down. ? We quickly left. If you even think of coming here.. DON'T. Turn around and run as quickly as possible.

It was late, I get it. The “leftovers” were all they had left. My husband had gotten off work late, then we had to meet up with someone. So yeah we got their late.. Our mistake. But what was just… odd was that it was really expensive for very low quality food. They didnt have many options from their “over 100 items” to choose from. I found out the rice was either so under or over cooked it was crunchy.. The man JUST brought it out and said it was fresh. The only good thing on my plate was the pot stickers honestly. Lets move on to my drink, Sprite! I took one nice long sip, ate some more crunchy food and went back for another sip when I noticed a black dot. Thinking it was just a dropplet from my drink, I turned my cup and noticed a bug. A small fruit fly, wings litterally spread, just sitting there inside my cup. Lets move on to dessert… there weren’t many options, nor many I wanted to try from all the flies. I settled on Pineapple chunks, mandarin orange slices, and packaged almond cookies. Pineapple obviously just came from a can.. The mandarin oranges gave me quite a shock. Either they came straight from a can and just sat there so long, or have been in another container for so long they FERMENTED! I could taste the alcohol. It wasn’t right, it was like it sat in a carbonated drink or just alcohol. The cookies were the only good thing…It’s waaayyyy to over priced, food was minimal and low quality, dishes were not checked..

There wasn't much options. Especially when they advertise "over 100 items" and most of what they did have wasn't fresh and it was in the middle of lunch. The lady waiter was trying to rush me out to pay. The chopsticks were nonexistent the wrappers for them were all in a container but all of them were missing chopsticks. Did they all fall out?? Our table was dirty (something sticky?) The saving grace is they brought out fresh Sesame Chicken while there and it was heavenly! If they would put out fresh food more it would be super amazing. All in All go eat somewhere else. Also I think they are aware of the food quality since one of the chefs walked out to ask us in poor english how the food was.

The food was cold and not throughly cooked the dough was not cooked and they charged an insane amount for very very low quality food service do not waste your money here

Female restroom had a bad chemical smell. at least Clorox smell is better. around the food trays, was had water and food , needed somebody to keep it clean. The food tasted good before this visit, now the food tasted way worse than before. McDonald's franchise is way better if you not change. I was embarrassed to take my friend there.

Nothing was clean in this place. Floors, tables, bathroom, everything was dirty. Small selection of food. Definetly not 100+ options. Was getting rushed to pay the bill before we finished eating. Assuming the price we paid was the same as what it was before covid and when they actually had 100+ options. Not worth the price at all. Got food poisoning from something after being seated in there for about 20-30 min and had an immediate reaction. Light headed and had to rush to the bathroom. Came out both ends. Do not eat here.

Come here to watch the matches but not the food. I’d recommend drinking the Pepsi anything else and you’ll be disappointed. COVID-19 hit this place really hard, I’d recommend somewhere else to go- please just shut this place down, it’s had its fun. Good luck

This establishment is clearly struggling, I've always loved going here with my family but unfortunately our last few visits have been sub par at best. The food is not the quality it used to be and the variety has been reduced to less then half. The staff is why I give the extra star they are pleasant and attentive.

I guess Covid has hit them pretty hard. Nearly half the buffet was empty and looked not to have been used for a bit. Definitely in need of more staff as the host was also my waiter and the bus boy. Hope things improve for them but as it stands I am not coming back.

Most of the reviews underneath this post are outdated. The food was not as promised. Their supposed “ 100” items are really three tables worth of cold food. The public health department needs to come and sit down so this business can finally close. The food wasn't great for $19.20. The customer service sucks and their English is poor and very hard to understand. I've tried plenty of buffets and this for sure earns the one-star review. If you don’t want to get sick or be disappointed I don’t recommend.

Many dishes have too much salt. Your food is too salty. Stop making recipes with so much salt or soy sauce.Most people in the United States have more salt than their doctors want for them to eat.Stop cooking your food with excesssive sodium, or salt or soy sauce, please.

If that was the taste of China, send me to bed without supper! Think I counted 30 items, barely warm. This was the first China buffet that popped up on Google. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
