So we had asked for extra cheese on our 3 sandwiches only 1 had extra cheese. They were closed so we couldn’t call, when I called today I was told since it was yesterday’s order there was nothing they could do. The guy told me next time we come in he would give us an order of free fries as compensation, our meal cost over $50 and was not correct some free fries is not going to compensate. I asked if they could re-make it and again I was told since it was ordered yesterday nothing they could do. Their customer service is horrendous, food would have been 5 stars but none of the sandwiches were made correctly. Taste of Philly used to be good but now not so much…

Food and service was fair enough. My issue was with the 2 kitchen employees eating while making food, it happened 4 times within the 30 minutes my wife and I were in there.

Frequent this place maybe once every 2-3 weeks. I live with a picky eater so it’s a safe go to. I love the cheesesteaks but I’ve been cutting down on carbs so here’s a pic of the cheesesteak salad. Really inconsistent on the fries (sometimes they’re typical fast food fries, sometimes they’re really good crispy fries and once they were a seasoned fry). Sandwiches can sometimes be REALLY greasy but for the most part it’s good 👍

Cell, me personally, this is a place that I just wanted to get a taste of philly. The cheesesteak with the original everything... The menu is overwhelming with options so I just asked for two original however they would come Philly cheesesteaks and honestly, the service was incredible. The meat was so dry I thought i would be sold as beef jerky but, what do I know maybe the chicken would be more tender or turkey I don't know I'm not convinced if I ever went to philly, this would be what I got

When I called to let ya'll know you forgot my cheese sauce, you said you want a refund or you can come get it. Seems a little unprofessional. Yes I ordered through doordash so they have to refund it. But how hard is it to read an order. I worked food and restaurant it isn't that hard.
