Their pad thai is my FAVORITE in town, it’s sooooo good!! Super affordable and food is always crazy hot and fresh when I order takeout. Definitely stop by, this is a hidden gem for sure.

Me and my family walked in at 8:19 pm to sit down and eat, the guy looked at us and said “um we close soon in 40 minutes, we can do to go.” I said we will be done long before then, two adults one child. He said “yeah, no we’re closing soon.” He had a very distraught look on his face and was very rude. My family and I just decided to leave. Never in my life have I been told I’m not allowed to sit down 40 minutes before close. I couldn’t tell you how the food is, but if the customer service was that bad I can only assume that the food is just as bad. Date: May 18, 2026.
Highly recommend to NEVER COME HERE! If I could give 0 starts I would.
The food was everything I hoped for and more. The BEST Penang Curry I’ve ever had.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Colorado Springs. What keeps me coming back is the gingerly entrée - it’s consistently well prepared, balanced, and full of flavor without being overwhelming. There’s a clarity to the dish that’s hard to find. The basil chicken is also excellent - savory, aromatic, and done right every time - but the gingerly is the one I order again and again.
Beyond the food, there’s a level of consistency here that matters. The portions are solid, the ingredients taste fresh, and the meals come out reliably well executed. It’s the kind of place you return to because you trust what you’re going to get. If you’re looking for Thai food that’s straightforward, flavorful, and dependable, this place stands out.

This is my new favorite spot!! The food was so flavorful and thoughtfully put together. 10/10!
It's a little like a hole-in-the-wall place, and the atmosphere is a bit lacking. But the food was good and reasonably priced. We were there for dinner, but I noticed that the lunch menu looked even less expensive. Note that their pot-stickers (dumplings) can be either steamed or deep fried, not pan-fried, which was my only complaint.

Cozy little spot. I wanted to order online but door dash showed they were temporarily closed. I called and the guy said he would fix it. I was able to place an order for pick up. I ordered chicken green curry (Thai hot), crab rangoons, and a Thai tea. There was one guy running orders from the kitchen and an older woman was waiting to eat in store. He made sure she was taken care of first which was nice. When I got home, the food was hot, super flavorful, and delish (not overly spicy). Would recommend!

This is my favorite place to get food in the springs, bar none. The food is delicious beyond all belief, the man behind the counter is always incredibly kind as well as polite and I have never had one single issue with any aspect of this business. I wish the owners nothing but a long, successful and stress free time operating this place. Fantastic restaurant, it's worth going here every single time.

A Hidden Gem for Thai Cravings!
I had the pleasure of dining at Hello Thai & Yakitori recently, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! I ordered the Pad Thai, and wow, it was delicious. Perfectly balanced flavors, just the right amount of tang and sweetness, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The portion size was generous too, more than enough to satisfy a hearty appetite, or even have leftovers to enjoy later.
What really impressed me, aside from the food, was the pricing. It's refreshing to find a spot that offers such high-quality, flavorful dishes without breaking the bank. Great value for the quality and quantity you get.
The cherry on top? The staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you feel like more than just a customer, they clearly take pride in their food and care about the experience they create.
If you’re looking for authentic Thai flavors, good portions, reasonable prices, and standout service, Hello Thai & Yakitori should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be back!

Only wish I had tried this place sooner! I like to judge a place based on its fried rice and it's off to a great start. Will be back
