Recently, Zara and I came in just because and we had Josh help us. He is seriously incredible. We come back each time because of him. He makes us feel like friends. The other times we came in my kiddo, Zara, didn’t like how bitter some of the fondues are. He recommended a way to alleviate that. And of course, we scarfed it down. He always recommends drinks and ways to make our experience better. The last time we were here, someone else took care of us and that person forgot us in a corner. But Josh is never overbearing or forgetful. Plus, each and every time, he draws something special for Zara on her dessert plate. It’s those small things that make a huge difference to us. He cares and it shows. I hope he sees this and knows just how much he has impacted our visits with you. Thank you, Josh.

Austin (our main server) was amazing and went above and beyond. Our food came out with great timing between the courses. Austin made sure we had enough dippers for our cheese and chocolate (which were both so good!). Dominic and Zac also helped make sure we had everything we needed and the food came out how we wanted. We love coming to the Melting Pot! Always great food, fantastic service and great ambiance.

My husband and I came here during our honeymoon for a nice night out. He’s never been and I hadn’t been in years and it exceeded our expectations. Ryan was so kind and took such good care of us and explained everything thoroughly. The next time we’re back in town, we’ll definitely be coming back here! Especially for the Love Martini!!
Went for the Thursday Girls Night and had a blast! 3 courses were perfect. Ryan, our waiter, was fantastic! Very friendly and informative. Christian the GM even stopped by to make sure everything was exceptional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

We had an incredible experience here with our out of town friends. We had a fantastic meal with a cozy, upscale environment, but what made it exceptional was our server, Ryan. He took a fun evening and turned it into an unforgettable event. He was clear, helpful, and very detailed. He didn't miss a beat!
