UPDATED: Listed as open. Not. How can I rate if your hours day yes on the sign but the doors are locked up tight? Then they replied that it was the door. THE ENTIRE PLACE WAS CLOSED. IT WASN'T THE DOOR. it was closed DURING HOURS. I really hate when businesses blame the customer giving the rate for their ineptitude.

This location is currently being ran (both Paleta bar and restaurant) single-handedly by the owner because his workers quit after not wanting to work July 4th, and he’s killing it! So polite, patient, and nice despite how busy he is running back and forth. Come with patience, and leave with a smile :)

We found this place while getting pho, we thought it was the perfect business idea and throughly enjoyed the coffee paleta. Despite the display facing the sun…. the ice cream was perfectly cold and not melted at all- the display was beautiful and they had a great selection. I would recommend you try it!

Im surprised to see this place has 4+ stars. First off they have the paletas right in front of a window where the sun is beaming directly on them and melting them before they can even be purchased not a very smart business move there. Makes them look less then appetizing when they are half melted. Second the aqua frescas looked old and warm like they’ve been sitting there for days definitely doesn’t look like they are freshly made daily. They also don’t have a menu that shows everything they actually offer. The strawberry Dubai cup was made very half a** she didn’t even put pistachios in it which isn’t that like the main part ? She also only put like a pinch of the kaifyti which is the best part. They have other locations that offer much better quality so I recommend trying those locations and NOT this one.

This was painful to rate my childhood favorite treat growing up a ☝🏽⭐️ after my last visit. Less than half of the flavors available and only one worker managing both sides for this restaurant. Waited over 10 mins to just order with NO line. Hope management can get it together, won’t be coming back if not all.

We came at 8:47pm and they still had the OPEN sign on. We walked up to the front door and it was closed/locked. Why have a closing time of 9pm, but close 10 mins before. Might as well have a closing time of 8:50pm.
1st time here & it was an experience ! The guy that helped us was great, I’m terrible with names, SORRY !! We got the watermelon paleta with powdered chili & chamoy , a peach lemonade , dorinachos , & palenta waffles with dark/milk chocolate , blueberries , bananas , & nuts . My husband also got udon noodles with chicken & veggies . Everything was amazing !! Go check them out !!
