It's good if you're looking for a messy burger. The tables were all dirty and sticky. Exactly as you would find at a hole-in-the-wall dive place. Pretty decent overall. 7/10.
Finally I got to try this place, and I was so disappointed. Extremely small place, almost impossible to find a table. Prices are high, but we are downtown so whatever. We waited a long time to get our food, and again that's fine. When we got the food, that's when the disappointment begins. I ordered online on their website for pickup, and when my husband arrived home with it, it was missing one of our burgers. I called, and not only did they offer a refund, but offered a free burger the next time I come in. Honestly, it's been so long since I was offered a refund and my food, despite having to drive back, I am genuinely shocked. This is 100% the kind of business that actually cares about customer experience and return customers.
