We were there for lunch and had the brussel sprouts appetizer, burger and fish & chips for the meal, and the butter cake and WAGYU brownie for dessert. The food was amazing! Thank you Katee for a wonderful experience.
Katiee was an amazing server. She was very kind and helpful!!! I well be back.
It was my daughter's bday and looking to make it special. Waitress took a long time to take our order, only received one small slice of bread per person, halibut was not seasoned whatsoever. It even looked bland with no color. Daughter's steak came out medium rare. She ordered it medium. Good part of the night was the ambiance, low noise level, she received a free bday drink and bday dessert. Total time spent was a little over two hours. That's too long for dinner.
We have been eating at the Steakhouse at Flying Horse since it opened and have always had an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, this last experience was subpar at best. There were three of us, including myself, my wife, and our guest. Our guest and I both had steaks and they were exceptionally salty. My wife had the salmon Oscar, and the sauce under the crab was way more than necessary and overpowering. Our server didn't have sufficient experience or understanding of the menu to make good suggestions for what would compliment or meals, and what we ordered was simply again overpowering rather than complimentary. Regardless, we love this restaurant and we'll give it another try, but we have been hearing about declining reports recently. I hope that's not true.
Celebrating our anniversary on a Monday night. Food was excellent, we were well attended to, and we had a nice two hour chat about the last 22 years. Memorable and enjoyable evening. Even if your not the biggest red meat fan there are options. If you like steak, the New York Strip is stellar!
We had a fantastic dinner at the steakhouse for our anniversary. The food was some of the best we’ve had in the springs. Laura went out of her way to make sure we felt celebrated!
First time here, we got the petite filet mignon. Wish the cheesy potatoes and the mushroom risotto. They forgot my bone marrow butter, and the mushroom risotto was bland. But the steak was very flavorful.
The drinks were THE best we have ever had! The service was impeccable! The lemon drop martini was so good-fresh squeezed lemons. The Old Fashioneds were superb! Kudos to Makias for the drinks and our server, Harrison!! Both were spot on!! I will frequent often!
Flying Horse bar is amazing! Mikias and Harrison make it spectacular, truly take the whole dinner and cocktails experience to the next level!!
The service was spectacular!

Fabulous service, delicious meal and over-all lovely dinner. It was a great way to celebrate our 41st Anniversary!
Great wine list and wonderful service. Beautiful setting and all of the courses had fun ingredients and flavor.
Lovely service tasty seasonal drinks and food. Definitely worth the money for special occasions.
Tried the other steakhouses in town —- Flying Horse is still the best. Steaks were great, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Service was outstanding. View was breathtaking. Brought friends from Chicago - they were impressed and thought it was one of best meals ever.
