We joined another couple to celebrate my birthday. The front desk staff are pleasant, professional, and friendly. Our server was Lyndsey (sp?). Her manner was friendly, interested in taking good care of us and professional. We really enjoyed her suggestions and demeanor. The quality of the food lived up to the advertising. It was great. The price is higher than we usually go for a couples dinner, but well worth it.
This is an amazing restaurant! Forgot going downtown to MacKenzie's Chop House or Prime 25. The ambiance here was amazingly quiet. Staff was super attentive! Food was out of this world!
We have been to this restaurant many times. The last time we went, both the filets we ordered were over done. This time the service was very slow, my filet was over done and my lobster was under done. It took about 20 minutes for them to refire my filet and bring a new one. By that point everyone else had finished their meals and I was ready to just go home. The service is usually very good, but this time they did not make us feel like we were important at all. Which is very uncommon for this restaurant. And we had the same server this time that we had last time. Even though she didn't remember us. Sadly,, after the last two experiences, we will probably not go back there.
Upon entering, we were greeted with a smile and sat at the bar per our request. Harrison and Alex at the bar were both excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our martini and beer were prepared at proper temperatures and amounts. The were three televisions to watch current sporting events. The temperature of the restaurant was comfortable. The appetizers of Disco Pavé and Gnocchi and Peas were both fantastic. They were large enough portions to be a whole meal! Our entrees of two 8 oz. filets were a little overcooked. They still had some moisture, and the taste was very good. We both thought they could have been more tender for a filet. The side of Potato Augratin was large, and the flavor and temperature were incredible. The potatoes were tender without being mushy, there was plenty of sauce, and the cheese was melted perfectly. Our roasted carrots were wonderful. The wine list was very nice. We ordered a bottle of wine, which was decanted in front of us. The wine was wonderful and had been kept at the proper temperature. We were offered dessert, but declined only because we were full. Our bill was correct, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. We will go back as the ambiance was warm and inviting.
Our favorite restaurant in the Springs. Truly one of the best steaks I have ever had. They do an excellent job of pacing a meal so that you can enjoy the food and the company
It was my first time at Steakhouse at Flying Horse, and I was impressed with the atmosphere, thank you for the beautiful evening great service, and delicious food.
Visited for the first time recently with my job for our annual Christmas party. What an amazing place. The atmosphere was everything, the service was unmatched and overall we had such a blast! 😁

Great food, service, and beautiful place
We went for cocktails/appetizers before a show. The service was terrible. We were seated in the bar area, more than twenty minutes for someone to get us a menu. Thirty plus minutes till we got a drink. I finally asked the manager to help us. The people behind us came in ten minutes after us and had finished eating before we got our food. One would think that with all the staff they had that wait times would not be so long. It was not super crowded either. Food was good but not worth the wait.

A beautiful location with average food and poor service. I don't mind paying a premium for good food and good service but my “medium” steak came out rare, the potatoes were bland and gummy and the service non-existent. A disappointing meal from start to finish.
Was it because i was alone? Probably. Every other table was better attended and served.

An always delicious and enjoyable evening, has become even better at Flying Horse. Service was the best, now even better. The food was so yummy, I found myself noticing highlights of the ambience I’d never even noticed before, like the gorgeous, high, tongue and groove ceilings, and castle-like Walkways and fireplace. The guitar player was polished and perfect. Mark Hunter stopped by to make sure everyone at the table was taken care of. All of us were delighted. Fantastic service, fantastic food, rare, and unforgettable location. I’m not sure how they’ve made it better than perfect but they have.

Amazing atmosphere and plenty of fire places, for those that prefer eating outdoors. I had Jedda as a server and she was very helpful. I genuinely trust her suggestions on food and wine. I’ll definitely visit again next time I’m in town

I would give you grace, but with a $75 steak and $29 appetizers, as well as a $25 add for 2 scallops, we are expecting good food and decent service. None of which was here. The waitress didn’t know how to let us taste the bottle of wine and she had been there over a year. She said that they were short on steak knives! You serve a $125 steak and you are short on steak knives? The dudes in suits all over the restaurant were standing and watching, but not helping. Supposedly they were there to help the restaurant get back on their feet. Last but not least the management didn’t know how to remove a prawn appetizer from the bill, which we ordered, but they were out of. Food was over salted and average. Baked potato was cooked to perfection…best thing on the menu.
