Beautiful place but bad service. Waited 20 min after my reservation to be seated. The free bread didn't come out until the entree after asking three times. Didn't get the entree until over an hour and half of being there. Their response to the bad service was a free dessert. The same dessert they gave the table next to us for their birthday. Oh and it was our anniversary.

An absolutely wonderful evening! We were met at the door by the hostess. A warm welcome by the server and staff. I had one of the best Smokey old fashioned ever and a generous pour. My husband and I split a perfectly cooked 22 ounce bone In ribeye and a mushroom risotto side. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they treated us to a royal dessert. We loved our visit and will definitely be back! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Bison Steak was the special, husband ordered it and it was tough. I had a petite filet and it was good.

We had such a lovely experience at the Steakhouse two weeks ago. We had great service with Robert at our table and our hostess Eve was incredibly kind and attentive. Great to see this place continue to be a shining star in the community.

Fabulous steaks and sides. The French onion soup was excellent. The restaurant was experiencing a major I/T snafu and had to use manual order tickets for the kitchen and fill out credit card charges manually as well. This created a significant slowdown in getting our entrees. The restaurant couldn't have been nicer about the delay, apologized several times and brought complimentary champagne to the table while we waited. The steaks were worth the wait! Location is beautiful with wonderful views.

We loved everything about the Steakhouse at the Flying Horse Lodge. We are traveling and it is often very difficult to find gluten-free options for two celiac diners that leave us feeling safe AND satisfied. They had everything covered, menu, notated, even offered warm gluten-free bread that had been prepared in a separate area.

Those without allergies will also find everything they want here and more! Meghan was our server and Antonio made our tableside Ceasar… Can’t say enough good things about them. Meghan also went above and beyond with the kitchen on our allergies… we appreciate you, Meghan! Will be back tomorrow for the last day of our trip.

We had dinner there for the first time last night. Jordan, our server, was excellent. He helped us pick out a great wine and looked after us all evening. We ordered filets, scalloped potatoes and corn brûlée. The food was outstanding and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the views. We will definitely be back next time we are in Colorado Springs. Excellent food but very pricey. If you want a sauce with your steak, that's another $7. Want a veg or potato with your steak? That's another $14. Salad was $16 and could have fed 3 people. Gluten free bread was delicious though and hard to find these days. Seating by the door was chilly and I had to wear my coat. Service was good, timing was a bit slow. Clientele ranged from fresh off the golf course in shorts and tees to semi formal with no attempt to separate the two. Apparently anything goes for dress code. If you are staying at the resort, it's convenient. If you aren't, there are probably other places where you can have a more elevated experience.

Ambience, service, food and drink were top notch. One of the best places for a romantic anniversary dinner. Highly recommended!
