Came for the tapas, love tapas. This place was very solid- nothing special but scratched that itch. The paella is by far the best. The barbacoa polenta and garlic shrimp were very much so run of the mill. The chicken coquettes are awesome but ours were severely undercooked and quite cold in the middle- we had to send back. The wait staff was nice but seemed to be pulled in every direction at once leaving the service a bit sub par for cocktail and priced menu and this magnitude....
Wonderful and charming little cocktail parlor. One of my favorite classics is a Division Bell and I was surprised to see it on their neo-classic menu. Most bars wouldn't showcase this as it is a strange stem from the last word and paper plane type cocktails. Jacob served me and was quick and pleasant. Only had a couple of drinks. Only note of criticism is that my cocktail was not double strained, leaving more ice in the cocktail than desired. Looking past that, excellent...
This may be the best cocktail bar in the Springs. The quality and creativity (without it being unnecessarily experimental) of the drinks are second to none. You'll never question spending the $ for a drink here.
