My friend and I ate at Toastique today and we were very impressed!!! The food and atmosphere were awesome! We both had the avocado smash! It was very flavorful! I also had the balance juice which was delicious and my Cocolada bowl was the best! Definitely coming back! We enjoyed the real plants and we were surprised to have met the owner who was very kind! Thank you Toastique for a pleasant and healthy breakfast!!!!

First time in, AMAZING!! Service was beyond, excellent, food and drinks were delicious. We stayed about 4 hours and tried several items, all were above expectations. Highly recommend

Wonderful gem for gourmet toast, coffee and healthy juices in North Colorado Springs. Met the new owners and was impressed by their commitment to serving healthy, locally sourced food.
We had the Avocado Smash and Smoked Salmon toast. Both were wonderful. My wife is gluten free and said the gf toast was the best she'd had anywhere. The gorgeous views of Pikes Peak topped off a fantastic experience.
