We love Torchy’s. We’re used to having it as our go-to spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner when we don’t feel like cooking and want something solid. Unfortunately this location just doesn’t seem to be able to handle order modifications on takeout orders - specifically requests to remove cilantro or cheese. Our takeout order has been wrong from this location probably 8/10 times, and it’s always so disappointing. And if the location is busy, it’s almost certain you’ll get tacos without your requested modifications, or even the wrong taco(s) entirely, which happened earlier this week. I want to love this Torchy’s, and I’ve even shared this feedback directly, but this has made it very difficult to even like
Maddie was great, made a great margarita and was very attentive! Way to go Maddie!
Love stopping at this Torchy’s when I’m down in the Springs for work! Maddie always does a great job nailing my order with all of its modifications, 10/10 recommend anyone hungry stopping in!

Valerie was an amazing bartender, she knew the menu extremely well and helped catered to my needs and dietary restrictions. My food came out in a fast and timely manner. Restaurant was clean as well great staff and customer service. Best Torchys location in Colorado Springs.
