My husband had lunch at this restaurant new year eve combo lo main the beef was spoiled also we have to this restaurant a few times and every time it is very cold today in the restaurant very cold today I don’t understand why they never ever have heat on and so I will never go back also my husband is very sick to his stomach may have to go to the ER not good

I placed our online order at 3:13pm for a 530pm delivery on Christmas eve as we figured earlier would be better as they will probably be busy. 6pm rolls around and no food. I call the restaurant and the phone just rings and rings, maybe after calling 8x I get someone and tell them we had a 530 delivery and still don't have our food. She took my name and # and said a manager would call me right back as they only handle online orders. I wait 20 minutes and still no call. Food is now 50 minutes late. I call back 10x no answer. I use my husband's phone and they answer. They tell me the same thing a manager will call. This time I get the call and I ask if our food is coming as it's almost an hour late now. The manager says yes maybe it's on it's way, I say maybe? She says yes we've been busy. I then ask is the food coming and she said yes on it's way and I ask for some form of compensation as we've waited for over an hour and she says ok. 15 minutes later I receive an email stating my refund has been issued... the food never came. I asked for some compensation since it was taking so long and I guess they just never planned on delivering our food. Talk about super frustrated that they didn't seem to care and hungry kids looking forward to dinner that never came. Terrible customer service. We've dined here for years but will never go back.

Great Chinese food with very clean and quiet atmosphere. The staff are always very friendly and smile and the food is very good. I love their Chow Fun noodles with either beef (real beef, not some chopped up substitute) or pork and I always get a large wonton soup with my dinner order. Your choice of free white rice or fried rice with dinner items. Their fried rice and Chow Fun are delicious and are my favorite from other Chinese restaurants and their serving portions are very generous. Not many Chinese restaurants serve Chow Fun, but this place makes the best, in my opinion. Always very fast service. My take out is always ready in about 15 minutes tops. I definitely recommend this place. The ladies there will take care of you with a smile!
Parking: The restaurant is in a shipping plaza across from Kumon and Dollar Tree shops so you will always have plenty of free parking!
Wheelchair accessibility: I cannot remember if there is a ramp for wheelchairs, but the sidewalk edge is low enough to easily get a wheelchair over.

Just moved to Colorado Springs from Pasadena CA. I expected to search high and low to find a great Chinese dish (I love vegetable kung pao)...and shocked to find an awesome dish in just my second search. The dish serving size was plenty ample with lots of vegetables to go with the tofu. Delicious - tasty! My new Go-To for Kung Pao vegetable! And super friendly. Organized. Great e-service and e-receipt, etc. Thank you!
Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg options...and the egg rolls are not greasy and they are vegetable as well.

Ordered to go! Food was hot and well prepared. Best combination fried rice in the Springs loaded with ingredients chicken, shrimp , and beef.
We’ve always loved the food here but the last few times have been disappointing. We are usually very patient people realizing that sometimes it might not be perfect but tonight we ordered Schechwan Beef…it had 6 pieces of meat in it and the rest was broccoli. The mean was soggy and the fried rice was not fried it was white rice with soy sauce on it…my husband ordered Kung Pao Chicken but got Sesame Chicken…and there were more deep fried nugget than meat. They forgot our large order of Soup. Sadly it will probably be our last time ordering here.

Honestly disgusting and hella disappointed. I have yet to find good Chinese food in the Colorado springs area. I was very excited to try this and have been left thoroughly upset. Not only was the only relatively edible thing, nasty soggy egg rolls, but on top of that the food was pungent like peanuts. The Lomein had lots of peanuts, something I've never experienced being incorporated into the dish and ruined the whole experience. I am speechless on disappointment with how much I spent on this for inedible food.
