I can't believe the weekend of territory days the Wendy's on Colorado Avenue were so rude to people as a matter of fact I heard the manager and her daughter dropping so many f-bombs it was hard to count them all such a rude and professional staff
It probably sounds really strange to hear a person say that their "Wendy's experience" made their day, but the employees at "my" Wendy's in W. Colorado Springs routinely do. Thank you, Wendy's staff, for being cool and human and a drive-through dining experience that is a net positive, food- and humanity-wise. :) I don't know how ya'll handle drive thru rush hour with such aplomb, but kudos to you for doing it.
I actually wanted to recommend that you add an On Point, Great greeting, personable staff that caters to each customer.. because every customer is unique! I am a chef and fast food relations. Can't say enough about how clean the restuarant is and freshest food with table service. I have seen a lot in my days and your staff tops most NFL cooks I worked with!

The bathrooms have a passcode, but the door does not fully close or lock properly. Parking can be challenging, especially getting out of the front entrance. Additionally, some customers feel that the fries are not filled all the way. Even with these issues, many believe that Wendy's is better than McDonald's, making it a popular choice.
