Poor service. Waited 20!minutes for order and the place was not crowded. Sad.
Wow this Manitou McDonald's has really gone down hill. The floor was gross. No toilet paper of any kind except napkins, and no note on ANY door so you don't find out until you get in the stall. The staff sat and joked about it and how much napkins they were handing out. Watched the staff standing in the back chatting as I stood waiting to order food. One couple waiting before me and my fries weren't hot, how'd that possible. The whole experience was just gross.

Some staff members are notably helpful and kind, such as the young black man who works in the mornings and the friendly woman at the first drive-thru window. The location is very clean, with no homeless presence, and is wheelchair accessible throughout, including ordering, bathroom, dining, and parking areas. The new remodel is nice, and the double drive-thru is convenient. However, service can be slow when it’s not busy, and food may come barely warm or undercooked. The ordering process is quick and efficient, with touch-screen kiosks making it easy to customize meals. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, from classic burgers and fries to healthier options like salads and fruit. The Big Mac is a tasty, indulgent treat with fresh lettuce, tangy special sauce, and perfectly cooked beef patties. Fries are hot and crispy, but soft drinks can be flat. The dining area can be noisy and crowded, and restroom cleanliness may vary. Despite some minor flaws, McDonald's provides a reliable fast-food experience with room for improvement.
