Don't waste your time. The food is always served cold. The service is slow the people are nice but no matter what time you go it's almost an hour wait for your food and it overpriced. Don't waste your time for this crappy food
I ordered the Vulcan, 2 eggs and hash browns. $11.80. my friend orded the same plain. I asked to have it covered in Gravy and for a small side of Green chili. the gravy was $8. the small green chili was $4. The server (grandaughter of the owner) did not mention that my meal cost would double to add gravy & chili. My 11.80 meal cost me $22. I thought it was a mistake, and even spoke to the manager (her mother). Nope, prices have increased. Gravy costs $6. That's $3 for covering...read full review
What a GREAT eatery! Busy as all get out on a Sunday but seated us in 30 minutes. (Party of 2) Service was fast and friendly. Our server, Tianna, was very attentive. The food was fantastic! Mini bowl of Biscuits with chorizo (has a kick) scrambled eggs and cheese SMOTHERED in country gravy. Partner had a "build your own wrap" the size of his head. Both of us left with lunch for the next day there was so much left! 10/10! We will be back!

Western Omelette is a great spot for breakfast or lunch, offering delicious food with generous portions. The menu features standout items like the steak chili cheese fries, firehouse skillet, and plate-sized pancakes. The servers are friendly and accommodating, and military discounts are available. The restaurant is known for its great hospitality and tasty drinks, including spicy bloody Marys and mimosas. The old diner atmosphere with generous servings and homemade chile sauce. The decor was old but unique. While the seating can be tight, the clean restrooms and welcoming atmosphere make up for it. The chicken fried steak was great, and the hot green chili was a favorite, a solid 8.5/10 with great flavor and spice. The service was great, and the staff is fantastic and very attentive. The breakfast chimichanga with no onions was phenomenal. They also offer a yummy mild chili and a tasty Tropical Giggle Juice. With a variety of options to suit every taste, Western Omelette is a must-visit for a satisfying meal.
