I've ordered 10 times and the amount of times where my orders were wrong or bad was 4 times... 4 times out of 10 is rediculous. Lately the burgers have been very dry and seems overcooked. They don't really fill your fry orders. Picture attached was from a Large fry purchased today 4/9/24. It's maybe 2/3 full barely over half way... the last time I ordered a Large and they gave me a medium that was a little over half full as well... one time i had to go back wastingmy entire lunch becausethey gave me a single burger instead of a double... it's not life or death (I know this) and I probably don't need the Large size or a double... but that's not the point the point is that I ordered and paid for something and they have messed up 40%... 4 of 10 of my orders at just this one location.

Food tastes fine. There’s nothing wrong with the food. It tastes like fast food. I recently came on a Saturday during lunch time and I really think that is probably the wrong time to go. It was super crowded and busy and they left food out of my order. Not just sauces and napkins, but an entire order of fries. I would consider coming back but I would never come back when it’s busy. If you decide to go, triple check and make sure you have everything in your order before you leave.
We were greeted by Terri with a smile before we ordered. The restaurant was very clean and bright. I had been wanting to try Whataburger for awhile - it had been over 30 years since I lived in Texas.I was a bit disappointed in the meat patty. It was pretty thin, making it very dry. The hamburger buns seemed smash, slightly hard. The Onion Rings and French Fries were definitely a saving grace.I was somewhat disappointed in my home state trying to pass this off to Colorado residents as a hamburger. I wonder if not everything is bigger in Texas anymore?

The food was what I expected from having it in Texas 20 years ago. I stopped in because I was in Colorado Springs for work. I asked for ranch and was told that was extra, so I declined, but the fries were good anyway. Nothing special, just another fast food burger joint.

Wow... employees that actually care about customers! Not that common anymore. Managers are delivering food, entry level is cleaning. It's appears to be a very well-run ship. Steakhouse double bacon burger was terrific.
