I believe some people are just bitter and have nothing better to do than go around writing nasty reviews. I personally had such an amazing experience at this location. The atmosphere matched the quality of food I received, and that is exemplary! I don’t know if it’s the managers or whoever is running this location but y’all are truly amazing and it is safe to say that I have found my permanent food spot now. Keep up the amazing work guys!

We were the only customer in the drive through and maybe one or two customers in the dining room. We ordered 4 breakfast tacos with salsa…easy right? No…they managed to charge us for a coffee—they said they removed from our ticket. Got home to eat, no salsa in the bag, no napkins. Come on—do better. The other Whataburgers in town don’t seem to have issues—but this one has problems.

Whataburger in Hernando, Ms is top notch! Stephine the manager and her staff are always welcoming with warm hearts! My husband, daughter and I eat there at least 4+ times a week and we feel like we have extended family at Whataburger. We are a family that would base our vacations around Whataburger locations because there wasn’t one around where we lived until now! There are very few times we have been there that Stephine wasn’t there. She is amazing, hard working, and works with heart! So glad to have a Whataburger in our town. Thank you Hernando Whataburger for treating us like family not just a customer.

You tell them really slowly and precise what you want to order and the kid taking it sounds under the influence and always messes up my order.

Good service but the food was horrible. Greasy soggy onion rings . The onion just slid out of the breading no matter how much you tried to bite it off. The chicken taco was nasty too. Some limp pieces of onion and bell pepper on a greasy tortilla with a grilled chicken breast that had been sliced in 5 pieces . The chicken was the only thing worth eating. I will never order onion rings or a chicken taco again.

The Duncanville TX location on Hwy 67 has really gone down in service. The ppl at the window are RUDE. Can't say hello. Can't say thank you. And when they get the order wrong (she admitted it), she throws the food at you in anger. What's that about? Do better. oh wait! You quit caring about your customers years ago.

We went through the drive thru at Whataburger 989 in Brewton, Alabama on Hwy. 31. The cars were just past the order signs, so not wrapped around the building. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. We only had two sandwiches, two fries and two drinks. The guy at the window said it’s always like this when we asked what took so long. Terrible service. Not fast food at all.

Went to the new WB on Woodruff Rd in Greenville, the most unconcerned rude employees except for one young man who spoke and got my order corrected. 5-6 employees just standing around no one asked to take our order so we ordered on the kiosk. Order spelled out what burger how many ketchup we wanted and when the order was brought out I got a single burger when I paid for a double and no ketchup or ranch was offered. Better step up your game too much competition in this market and I’m sure the owner invested a chunk a change in this store. 👎🏽😡
