Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

Wow, these sandwiches were delicious, The place was super clean, the service was very good and friendly and they helped me to choose the best option.

I placed my order through the app and waited over 40 minutes for my food, while others walked in, ordered, and received their meals much faster. When I finally asked about my order, the staff member said she was “working on it now,” but I watched as she completed three other orders that were placed after mine.

It was clear that everyone was experiencing long waits, and the staff member mentioned she was left alone to handle everything. While I understand that being short-staffed can happen, the lack of organization and communication made the experience frustrating.

I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure better service for future customers.

Small place with great food and options. The unique ordering process is fascinating. Fill out a sandwich bag and hand it to the staff, that's basically it. Wife loved the fries as well.

It's over an hour drive to visit, but will be back when we can.

I've been here a couple times each time hoping it'd be better than last. Every time to food is either stale, cold, or just plainly not well made. It takes a lifetime for them to make anything, and it feels like I'm eating at a gas station. Would not recommend.

had not eaten at wich wich in a very long time so we thought we would try it walked in two people working one was laying in a booth after eating dirty tables and the floor was dirty my ham sandwich was beyond awful could not eat it had so much mustard it was coming out the end od sandwich My husband had a Italian sandwich which was not good we were the only two in the place besides the two workers dont waste your money here

I ordered an Italian sandwich and they added mustard to my sandwich (which I hate) and no red onions or oil and vinegar. I clearly labeled on my bag what I wanted and they can’t seem to follow what was written. So disappointed but I don’t have the energy to drive 15 minutes back there to get the right order.

Went on a slow Saturday afternoon around 130 pm. Ordered 2 sandwiches, a roast beef with caramelized onions, and raw onion; and a gyro sandwich with pickled onion, and lettuce. The roast beef was toasted. The gyro wasn't.
First thing I noticed was the au jus container was about 1/4 full, not enough for more than half a sandwich. Upon getting home I discovered my roast beef did not have the caramelized onions, and the au jus was almost empty. I made extra au jus the the sandwich was 2/5 at best. Missing the caramelized onions really was disappointing.
About an hour later I opened the gyro sandwich, to be met with an "off" smell. I assumed it was their corporate recipe, as I've never had a consistent smell from gyros from different restaurants. Opening the sandwich i discovered a small clump of pickled onions right where the sandwich was cut in the middle. There were also cucumbers, which I can NOT stand on sandwiches. I spread out the pickled onions, and added some more from a fresh container in my fridge.
Within minutes my stomach felt bad. I ended up only eating half the sandwich because my stomach started rejecting the food. I spent the rest of the night sick, instead of with my family watching the Saturday movie.
I tried writing corporate to resolve this, but 10 days later and they are still ignoring me, which has resulted in this less than glowing review.
My recommendation is don't leave the shop until you thoroughly check your order, that way they can fix it immediately.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian sandwich. That's pretty much it.

Excellent sandwiches with SO many options! Really cool place. I liked the relaxed atmosphere. Everything was so easy & the staff was nice. Definitely going back.

Ordered the #2 it was disgusting. Bacon bits... really?? And that much bacon! I threw it away for $17 it was sandwich I ever had.

$20 for a sandwich, chips and a drink is batshit insane

This evening I braved an unbelievable blizzard in search of a sandwich. The wind and snow were driving hard and I could make it no further than the university village Which Wich. when i made it inside, the sweetest angel of a girl.. her name was Alieseia.. greeted me and took my order, her customer service was second to none, not to mention the sandwich she made was perfect. It was incredible, I went out for a sandwich and got home feeling like maybe theres some hope for the future of America if individuals like this young lady are out in the workforce.

We paid 35$ and got our food they weren’t wearing hairnets to start with got our food and looked through the sandwiches and didn’t even unwrap it all the way and there was a hair in the food we were paranoid the whole time eating our food worried we would find another one in our food as we were eating we saw him smoking of a vape behind the counter disgusting.
