Recently attended when they had Smashburgers…I think of myself of a cheeseburger connoisseur and it was by far when of the best. With that, excellent service and atmosphere….ill be back again!!

The best thing about Whistle Pig Brewing is Joey's Pizza, a few doors down. On a positive note, they do offer several different styles of beer, a seltzer, two ciders and Kombucha. I had the Problematic porter which was okay, but had a hint of an off (sour?) taste in the finish. It was bingo night, with a typical bingo crowd. The decor was mostly a combination of lame with lots of clutter. The music was mostly inaudible (maybe country). The dozen or so senior citizen patrons cleared out as soon as bingo was over. My biggest complaint was the short poor on my 13.5 oz 'pint'. At least it only cost $7 plus tip.

Me and my friends saw a Facebook post about the 10th anniversary party; they had advertised “3 pints for $10.” When we get there the “10th anniversary party” is written on the chalk board, when we go to the bar they inform us that the Facebook post they posted last week was wrong and they messed up the advertisement and the deal was the day before. That is all fine however, when I order a $10 beer and they serve it in a plastic cup that is half poured it feels rude. All the beer we ordered was undrinkable and the staff was very rude to the point where they were talking about us while I was ordering.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD BEER OR IF YOURE UNDER 50!

All the bartenders are awesome and friendly and you can tell the owners love making beer. They always have different events going on and music nights. Really involved in their community and you can tell they are a real tight knit group of friends and family.

Please stop serving your horrible beer at the Gold Hill Mesa events. I tried all three that were there they are all just really bad and had to pour them out. we need a quality brewer like Red Leg or Bristol to serve beer here.
