The staff gave no attention to the take out order I placed, which was the same order as last week when I walked in to place the order and all was well. I asked for the chicken and fries to be cooked longer than normal, with each cooked less than normal. I asked for a normal amount of seasoning, with a large volume and salt the result. I asked for blue cheese dressing, but received ranch dressing. When I was unable to Oder extra Original Hot sauce online, I was charged separately...

This location is horrible with getting orders out on time. It's not the employees' fault; the owner or manager should have more people on staff. Especially during football season. We placed an order for pick up at 5:30pm. The order wasn't ready to go until 6:40pm. There were several angry customers in the lobby, complaining about their orders and the amount of time they were waiting. I also have an issue with this location not cooking wings to order. I always order...

I want to give the biggest props to the team working today between 5 and 7, on the first Sunday of the NFL season, and even though there were customers who were frustrated beyond belief of how long they were waiting, you guys didn't give up. You kept going and you did you're best so thank you for making this delicious food.
