We ordered online through Wingstop website, only to find out later that our delivery service was through a third-party. Our order was not correct, and it was clear that my daughter was not going to be able to partake in our family feast because everything was covered in red hot buffalo sauce. So naturally, I called the store and they did put me directly through to the manager on duty. She explained to me that there wasn’t much she could do with the order going through DoorDash....

I normally never have an issues with this Wingstop. But today I was a bit disappointed, my wings weren't shaken in the sauce. It was kinda just dropped on top. They were cold and I was shorted a wing lol it shouldn't be a big deal, but they were on the smaller size so missing a wing sucked. My fries that I requested extra seasoning had none, but they were extra crispy so I enjoyed that. I did ubereats my food, but I can honestly say I've never gotten cold wings...

Yesterday My teenage son wanted dinner at Wingstop so I sent him in to get his meal and saw that it came to $30. When he came out to the car, I asked him why it was so expensive and he didn’t really know so I went inside and found out that he had ordered the meal for two, I explained to them that he got confused and ordered the wrong thing and the manager there, I’m assuming she was the manager, Was so kind and helped Right away. She refunded the amount. We will continue...
