Ziggi's Coffee

It's decent drive through coffee shop quality, and everyone is nice, but probably 50% chance of them mixing up your order, especially if you customize a drink. Using the app to order ahead works out better usually but not always.

Can you please put the nonspill tab in your coffee cups. Easier when delivering the orders and would keep the coffee hotter.

Good, not-too-sweet coffee at a reasonable price sets Ziggis apart from their competitors.

I found the staff able and willing to listen to any problems I had with the app or, when a mistake is made, they tried to make it right. Even as new staff rotate through the store they consistently have been friendly and try their best to execute whatever requests are being asked of them.

The only shortcomings would come from their food quality which seems to fluctuate wildly. Sometimes the bagels are good, sometimes they are stale or burnt. Other times the cinnamon rolls are great, sometimes they're dry or burnt. I generally have stopped buying food items outside of the oatmeal and cinnamon rolls because of this.

I was in town from Seattle and wanted a good blended Mocha. You know how we are about our drinks in Seattle so I rolled up to this place with skepticism. Colorado Springs can be a mixed bag of run down buisinesses and sketchy inhabitants. This location was spanking clean and modern. The girl that took my order was super friendly and had great nails. The blended Mocha was delicious. Way to go Ziggis!

Evil establishment. Evil staff. Courtney might be evil. You shouldn’t treat the customers so poorly considering they are what keeps the place open.

These employees are very impatient and don't care for their customers. Terrible customer service, they gave us our sandwich completely fallen apart and we asked them to make a new one and they sneakily put the one we gave back together and told us we cant make a new one unless its been dropped. With the way these employees treat customers I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in the food and drinks and rubbed the food on the floor.

Not allergen friendly.

I went to this Ziggi's on Rockrimmon twice. I ordered a blender with oat milk each time. The first time was a white peanut butter blender. The second time was a java chip blender with peanut butter. The first time I was ill, I figured it was from the white chocolate and blamed myself. The second time I was ill I started questioning whether they used a powder in their blenders. When I went back the third time and asked about dairy in the powder, I was told that there was no dairy in their powders for the blenders. I asked them to get the bag so we could look at the ingredients. The employee went and got the bag and sure enough, there was dairy in the mix.

If anyone orders any drink with an alternative milk, the employees should be educated enough to ask about the rest of the ingredients that have dairy in them, like this powder.

Anyone with a dairy intolerance knows how painful this can be. It's been three days since the second one (that I didn't get to finish) and I'm STILL dealing with the consequences of these drinks. I don't know if I'll be returning to this location any time soon.
