It’s fresh, healthy and delicious, and the two owners make you feel like family. Plus, the prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. I recently called to ask if I could place an order and have them set it outside since I had COVID. One of the owners said he’d be more than happy to, but then mentioned they offer delivery. When my order arrived, it came with a sweet little note and an extra treat to boost my immune system. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Blue Magic with peanut butter instead of cashew butter is a must-try, or go for the caprese sandwich. And their avocado toast? Absolutely smothered in avocado and so, so good.“

“New favorite sushi place!
The service was absolutely amazing. The waitress was so upbeat, kind, informative. When she found out it was our anniversary she came out with a piece of red velvet cake! As soon as we were done with a plate it was immediately taken off of our table, and she was prompt with asking us if we needed a refill!
We ordered the pork katsu box and several rolls of sushi and a few pieces of nigiri. Everything tasted absolutely amazing. We loved it! We will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

“Visiting from florida. Took our son and his girlfriend out last night for her birthday. They say this is their favorite restaurant. The food was beyond amazing and the desserts were delicious! “this was my first time at this cava, and i would drive here just for the customer service because i had called the night before and said we were gonna bring over a party of people of about 17 people. the guy who answered it was so nice and said while i couldn't reserve tables, they could see what they could do.

so the next day, we came early, and i asked Stephan, the manager, if he could help us sit at the tables. we ended up sitting outside, and Stephan was so amazing to help us put together the tables so that the party of 12 people who showed up on a Saturday night, was able to enjoy the patio. The food smelled incredible and though it was the first time for a lot of our group, they really enjoyed it. . The restaurant line was filling up quickly but the workers were quite fast. Stephan was such an amazing manager - i had a quick chat with him and wanted to reassure him that his team was really awesome and the place was very clean and very efficient. thank you stephan! we all appreciated you going above and beyond for all of us!!“

“We received a gift card from a family member at Christmas and decided to use it on a Saturday night in January. The restaurant was packed but there was seating in the bar area, so we decided, what the heck(!) and went to the bar. Once seated we were greeted with the friendliest bar staff, Marissa and Tiernan. We wanted a glass of red and Marissa recommended the Porta Vita Italia. It is a delicious bargain and we were so impressed (and now hooked!). Our food was and continues to be great, as now we have become Saturday night regulars! We are Italian and honestly did not think we could get a traditional and tasty meal at a chain. Marissa and Tiernan, thank you for the excellent, friendly customer service and sweetness. You both are classy, sassy and super bad-**sy! “My husband and I are from Colorado Springs and we had family in town from Maryland and we took them to Lou’s this past Thursday for lunch. My husband and I have never been there either. What a WONDERFUL experience and the food was INCREDIBLE!!! My husband and I bought the premade rigatoni bolognese to take home for a dinner after our family left. This evening when we went to cook it we weren’t sure on the temperature or timeframe. I called Lou’s and the gentleman remembered us and gave me instructions. Super Awesome folks with delicious food. Thank you guys for the help over the phone with cooking instructions. We will definitely be driving to Denver again to frequent this establishment. 10 out of 10 for sure. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!“

“The most little and amazing cocktail bar at the top floor of Stanley Marketplace! It's an excellent addition and almost a hidden gem! The space is small, so be ready to get cozy! Their food list is small and their drink menu (including zero proof drinks) is mighty. The oysters on ice were very tasty. We love all the house made sauces, from the migonette and cocktail sauce. “My husband and I discovered this place late in our time living in Denver but it is so freaking good. The cheesesteak is amazing and dirty in a good way. The Mac and cheese is so rich you can have three bites before you feel nuts (also in a good way). All the sandwiches are amazing, our personal favorite outside the cheesesteak is the chicken Caesar wrap and the Caprese with added sundried tomato aioli. The guys who work there and the owner are really cool, just making damn good food. We had our last meal here tonight and the owner hooked it up with something special which was so unnecessary but much appreciated and indicative of the hospitality they put out.
