Good food. The customer service was more modern/corporate feeling not the old school type. We got the 16 inch and I asked if we could pay an up charge for the huge box for my neurodiverse child to collect as she likes to keep unusual or unusual sized food containers. They said no so I would recommend that you order the 24 inch pizza if you want the giant box as a keepsake. The person who brought the pizza out was very pleasant.
Pizza was delicious! We ate at the counter, atmosphere was funky and fun! Can’t wait to go back!
The pizza is pretty good, considering options in Denver. The service leaves much to be desired.
The pizza arrived room temperature/cold and not even warm.
On the phone manager was very apathetic and refused to make it right. He kept talking over me, even in person, and when I called him out on it he told me literally verbatim that I was a liar.

Cosmo's Pizza is a welcoming spot with a calm atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is amazing, with great pizza being a highlight. Customers can get pizza by the slice or buy a whole pizza, and the big one they make is humongous. The restaurant has also shown support for the local community. The staff is fabulous, especially Gabriel, who was very patient and fun to talk to. They’ll work with you to make something right, and the customer service is better than the pizza. This place has great pizza, and it's true NY city pizza, even better than that. Don't forget your spicy ranch sauce, it's a hit.
