I bought a breakfast wrap It said it was bacon egg and potato but it only had a half a piece of bacon some small balls of sausage and mostly potato & egg. No MEAT! The cashier had an attitude while taking my order. I know Starbucks specialty is coffees/drinks but why offer food if your not going make sure the food is as good as the drinks. I paid almost 14 dollars for a nasty breakfast wrap and horrible service! I will never again go back!!! Wish I could get my money back. Had starve all morning because my lunch was 4 hours away. Why take a job if your not going to be professional and provide great customer service!!!

I go to this location a lot. Usually it's good but the last few times my drinks will not be full and/or missing the toppings like whipped cream. It is very irritating bc the customer will get charged for things like no ice but we still pay full price for drinks that are not so full. Doesn't seen right.

I come here often, almost everyday for a coffee in the morning. Most recently I’ve seen new faces at the drive thru in the mornings, these people have the worst customer service. The lady with the piercing never smiles and gives attitude all the time. Yesterday was the worst, I asked for a caramel latte and got a latte. I didn’t even drink it, it was so bad.
