Subway in Commerce City

“Both subs I ordered were wrong. They did the opposite of what we ordered. So I wanted extra lettuce, I received none. I wanted more sauce, I received none. Less jalapeños? I received more jalapeños lol. Toasted? Not toasted. On and on. It's still good food quality though, the ingredients are good, and they were nice and fast. “

“I visited this location for a quick bite for lunch. The line was long but there were two sandwich makers and a cashier at the time so I got through the line fairly fast. For me, the freshness of the bread is #1 and mine wasn't that fresh. The corners were dry. The veggies looked and tasted fresh. My husbands meatball sandwich had a little too much sauce dispute asking the sandwich maker light sauce. I'm guessing since they were rushing through the line she forgot. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The store was clean and the soda machine was full. I gave 4 stars because of the bread not being fresh and the customer service not being so great. I would revisit this location“

“I have been to this subway locations many times. Though my sandwiches have been decent, they have been wildly inconsistent.

Sometimes you get very little vegetables and sometimes you get a decent amount. Same goes with the meat.

Service is the same, I seen where we had excellent service other times it’s one person with a long line (and seen it where a person in the back not helping also)

Quantity of the ingredients has mostly been the same since I have gone here. Every so often it has dropped. I have had horrible stale chips however from here also.

I can’t say oh this is a great subway. You never know what you will get. When it has been good it’s been great, when it’s been not so much it’s noticeable for sure.“
