“Unique fusion restaurant in a residential area. Patty is a sweet lady who originally started this as a sushi restaurant but lost her sushi chef so she continued it to a fusion Thai and ramen shop. It serves some ramen dish that literally mix Thai curry. But they also serve traditional Thai and Japanese offerings. Curries are legit hot. The decor and ambience is very modern and the place is very clean. The area where this is located is a very nice residential area.
She told me that some people have issue understanding her because of her accent and she sometimes uses google translate with her phone to say in Thai what she intended in English. She told me some people sometimes are mad due to communication issues. Please people be nice she’s only been here a few years.

“Food was good, nothing spectacular though. Keep in mind that I’m a Thai food enthusiast. Spice was good- if you don’t love an overly spicy profile but a nice bite, a level 2 is perfect. Atmosphere was enjoyable. Our server was great! Portions were sizeable and presentation was nice. The duck wontons were tasty. Other dishes we had were the pineapple fried rice and drunken noodle.“

“Went with my daughter for dinner, and everything was delicious. I’m from Chicago (where we have lots of Thai options) and this was some of the best I’ve had in a long time. “Here is everything I ordered, and their ratings! For my drink I ordered the Lychee Fizz. It was amazing! It wasn't too sweet, but had great flavor. It also looked so pretty! As appetizers I ordered the Thai pancakes, and chicken potstickers. The sauces were incredible, the dishes weren't too salty, but instead displayed a delicious aray of flavors that can't be beat. As an entree I ordered the pot see ew. I have had A LOT of Thai food in my life, and this pot see ew was heavenly, some of the best I have ever had! “Beyond Thai is beyond delicious. The medium spice is perfect and not overly hot. The tofu pas Thai was freshly cooked, the tofu spicy and the noodles saucy and not dry. The Tom Kha noodle soup was excellent. The mango sticky rice was tender and sweet, we have leftovers. Highly recommend.“

“Liang's is absolutely fantastic – the food is outstanding every time! I recently brought out-of-town guests who had enjoyed it before and were really looking forward to having it again during their trip to Denver.

On a Monday, both their physical sign showed they were open, and Google Maps said they were open until 7 PM, but unfortunately, they were closed when we arrived. This left my company quite disappointed.

This isn't the first time I've experienced this kind of confusion with their hours, which makes it a bit tricky to plan a visit. While the food is top-notch, I really wish their hours were more consistently communicated so I know when to catch them open. Still, definitely recommend for the delicious food, if you can time it right!“

“At first, we were hesitant, but the reviews looked good, so we decided to give it a try. I ordered Thai fried rice because I wanted to see if the chef is actually Thai. My colleague ordered Pad Thai.

Oh... we loved the food! As a Thai, I can say their food is authentic. This is one of the few places that doesn't make Pad Thai too sweet. Since it's a small restaurant, you may need to wait to be seated.

“Everything I've tried is absolutely delicious and they often seem to have it ready quick. There are some picnic tables in front but it's not much of a place to go and hang out if you're looking for atmosphere. This is really takeout spot.“

“I never write reviews, but I felt the need to because they are going out of business soon. They are too poor to afford the ingredients on some dishes on the menu and even drinks. There are no drinks! But they were kind to me and the Pad Thai was very delicious. If more people come here or order online, maybe they can have a better end to the restaurant or even save it.“

“This is our favorite Thai restaurant in the area. We are regulars and can recommend all of the dishes we've tried. Their curry is delicious, especially the yellow curry with chicken. Their Thai iced tea is spectacular. Broccoli beef is great, as is the Pad Thai. Lately, we've been stopping for soup to go. A large container of soup is reasonably priced around $7 and feeds two people. And their soup is delicious - hot & sour for me, egg drop for hubby. There's plenty of parking, and this is suitable for take-out, date night, couples, and families. We've dined in with our son & his family of 5, and we're happy to report it is kid-friendly, and they allow sharing without an upcharge. Closed on Mondays, so plan accordingly.

“Excellent Pad Thai. Very well balanced spice without overpowering amounts of Tamarind. Fresh bean sprouts. Food made by a craftsman! If you want to muscle it up with chili spice the blend they prepared lit the fire. The mango sticky rice for dessert really is memorable.“

“My wife and I had planned to visit for a long time, but always found ourselves otherwise busy. Ordered takeout via DoorDash on 1/4/2024, when we arrived at the restaurant for pickup, we discovered that the staff had tried to contact us to let us know that parts of our order were unfillable due to running out of a couple items. They allowed us to substitute for a second Panang Curry, and some Crab Rangoon. Our incredible experience inside the restaurant while we waited can not be overstated!

The restaurant was incredibly comfortable yet well lit, the staff were unbelievably friendly, and the nice hot cups of tea were the pinnacle of comfort on a 22-degree night! As for the food itself, I am absolutely in love with the complex yet perfectly blended flavors of the Panang as well as the fresh crunch of the Crab Rangoon.

10/10 will absolutely be back again and again!
