“Went with a large group (19) and did mostly family style dining. The food was excellent and generous and the service was on point. Because of the party size, gratuity was included and was very reasonable. I had a fabulous Thai tea cocktail with coconut rum and my brother had Prosecco (his favorite). I rarely finish cocktails but this one was just well prepared and delicious and right sized that I did. Yay me! Yay, Lamai Thai Kitchen. Four thumbs from the Kraus family!“

“I adore this restaurant, the food, and the owners. This has to be my favorite restaurant in Denver. It is incredibly quick 10- 20 minutes max (I have yet to wait more than 20 minutes for pick up). My go-to is the veggie stir fry with tofu - I crave this in my sleep. I also really love their chicken dumplings, edamame, crab cheese wontons, Thai iced coffee, green tea and their Thai iced tea. They are also so close to Edgewater Marketplace, Sloans Lake and TARGET! Parking is never an issue and it would be a perfect spot to grab a bite with a friend and explore. I will be eating here until I die.“

I’ve known about this place for many years but we decided to try it for the first time a few months ago and since then it’s been solid every time. “This has the be the BEST Thai place in all of Denver!! I was housesitting in the area & was pleasantly surprised to find them here!! I tried many dishes and each one was more amazing delicious and presented lovely!! I spoke this the woman cook multiple times + she’s the reason I come back! “I loved the Drunken Noodle dish from Tasty Thai. Soooo flavorful! And it was actually Thai Hot! I got the boba Thai iced tea too. It tasted good, but they gave me a normal straw instead so of a boba straw. The boba was a bit off too. Probably won’t get the boba again.

“Excellent Pad Thai. Very well balanced spice without overpowering amounts of Tamarind. Fresh bean sprouts. Food made by a craftsman! If you want to muscle it up with chili spice the blend they prepared lit the fire. The mango sticky rice for dessert really is memorable.“

“I have tried several drunken noodle dishes around Denver and the metro area; this is by far, one of my favorite places I’ve gotten it from! There was so much flavor in the dish. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, the sauce was incredible, and the spice was spot on! I ordered hot and it was perfectly hot! Got the fried tofu and that was unbelievably good. Super friendly server, food was served quickly and hot! Cute little quiet place. I can’t wait to go back and try more!“

The Salt and Pepper Calamari and Orange Chicken are our usuals. Love the sauted peppers with the Calamari. The orange rind is grilled with Orange chicken, which is the best we've had!! The takeout is just as abundant as the dine in. Always plated beautifully. Keeps us returning for years now. Full bar is an option as needed. Love this cafe!!“

Erawan would get much more business if owner hires a waitress and stay in kitchen and cook, which he does excellently. Also he should remove the clutter around the cashier station, and pipe in some music. Instead of doing it all himself. Guarantee he will get much more business.“

“The curry here is amazing. I like curry with a bit more broth and they prepare this exactly how I like it. They do not skimp on heat here. I like to sweat and shed a couple tears (one for joy and one for pain) when I eat Thai food. I got the green curry with 4/6 spice level and I can say it checked both those boxes and then some. This is not a spot where they are lying when they warn you about spice, don't get cocky. Looking forward to coming back.“

Everything was so tasty but I could eat that panang curry every day of my life and be a happy woman!
We also got two Thai beers, Singha and Lucky Buddha. Both were refreshing.
