Their service is always amazing, the food is refreshing, delicious, spicy (but the perfect amount), and I love that they add seasonal ingredients to their menu. You can tell they take their time creating yummy dishes that are authentic to their culture while using fresh, sometimes local, and organic ingredients. We love their pad see ew, northern garden rolls (only tried the shrimp), tom yum soup, and a seasonal chicken soup/curry with noodles (I wish I could remember the name). They also make their own Thai tea (it is sweet but I personally thought it brought a good balance to the spice)! Oh and they have amazing lunch specials and are always raising money to support the community.“

“Not Thai but I’ve been to Thailand. The tomyum soup is literally the exact same taste as when I was over there. This is the most authentic Thai food I’ve had in the states and I’m shocked it’s in the middle of Denver. I’m just worried this place isn’t doing too great because both times I’ve been the place was empty and I don’t get why because the food and service is amazing (maybe cause it’s weekday?). “Food was amazing. The restaurant is cozy and cute. The service was attentive, but the food took 45 minutes to come out. We got drunken noodles and massaman curry, which really shouldn’t take 45 minutes. Anyway, food was good so we’ll try it again.“

“The Panang Curry is fantastic. The rice serving could have been larger for a dinner order but the flavor was fantastic. Ordered hot. Was spicy without being overpowering. Highly recommend. The Satay was decent. A little on the dry side but definitely not bad. The Gyoza were great.

A note on service, they are not the fastest. When they say 25-30 minutes for a takeout order, expect closer to the 30 minute mark. I also was there on a Sunday evening so maybe they were short staffed but there was little touch on the service side. Not bad, just not very rushed which is fine if as long as you go in with that expectation.

“I've eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants throughout the decades, as well as throughout the country, and I have to say that this is the best authentic Thai food I have ever had. I've been going there every week for some time now, and everything I have had was delicious. Best of all, it's vegan. As a vegetarian, I feel assured that their food is not cross contaminated with fish sauce or any other seafood or animal product. Two of my favorite dishes are the Khao Soi and the Tom kha, though you will find everything they make is delicious. I highly recommend Vegan Thai Company, especially if you're vegan or vegetarian. Even my friend who eats meat love's their food.“

Except this order I just got today included a rotten Thai tea which was so beyond unpleasant because I love Thai tea and get it with every order from here. I hope no one has the experience of soiled Thai milk tea. And my sesame tofu only had 2 pieces of broccoli but that's less of an issue than hazardous beverages. I'm just disappointed I guess. “Visited Ginger Pig at 8pm on a week night, the dining area was still packed! We got a seat at the bar and got great service. We tried to dumplings and wontons which were both amazing. The sauce with dumplings and sauce was delicious, along with the texture of the dumplings. We tried to pork belly and sweet and sour chicken dish. Both tasted amazing, only came with a side of boxed white rice, thought something more tasteful would come with it, but the food was still amazing. The crunch on the chicken and pork were amazing.
