Not open at 5am like the hours said, front door was open so walked in and the woman working was incredibly rude. Sorry your hours say 5am and that your door was open lady sheesh. A little courtesy can go a long way, didn’t offer up what time they were opening either.

The restrooms no longer have paper towels but use air dryers. I believe that many customers don't wash their hands after using the facilities or use the sanitary toilet covers. I noticed that there are several toilet seat covers in the trash can.

Never had an issue before until we had a larger order, asked to use my rewards and the barista looked at my like I was an idiot, charged for the full order, and when I asked if she was able to use the rewards she again looked at me like I was stupid. It wasn’t until another barista told her we wanted to use the stars. At this point all they could do was refund the whole order and we were treated like an inconvenience.

Enjoy coming to this location on a weekly basis for business meeting, but one of the employees in particular is very rude and just not a nice person which brings down the rest of the team. My hope is they fix this because the customers see this.

We love Starbucks. But !! Were total 9 friends & families but one lady staff who was making coffees & served us seems so offset & rude behavior. Just recently Date: Thursday 11th April 2024 between 6:15AM -6:30 AM morning time.

Beware! Check your receipts! Went through the drive-thru and was asked if I wanted to add a tip. Didn't give me the gizmo. I said 10%. She didn't give me my receipt. So I asked for it. I didn't look at it until later. 25%! When I called to speak to the manager he apologized and said he would void my entire transaction (I'll have to check my cc statement to ensure he did). When I suggested he talked to the girl at the drive thru he just laughed like that was never going to happen

Got a strawberry açai lemonade this morning from the drive through on my way to work. Unfortunately, when I actually drank some of it, i found out it had cinnamon in it, which makes it entirely impossible to enjoy and want to drink. Genuinely disgusting. Not really sure what went wrong to have cinnamon put into a lemonade but definitely considering not coming back for a while.

A few months ago I stopped by this starbucks and wanted to use the rest of a gift card that I have had in my wallet forever. It did not cover the cost of a coffee so I was going to pay the rest in cash. The person assisting me at the drive through was visibly upset with me because of this and was pretty unkind and appeared to be in a huge hurry. There was no one behind me and when I drove around the side of the store, there was also no one in line. I am guessing it's fairly common to do this since coffees at starbucks are so expensive that a 5 dollar gift card won't even buy you a coffee. I did not see any other cars in the parking lot, so I am not sure why I was rushed so significantly or treated so rudely for such a tiny inconvenience. I have been to this location only one other time and the customer service then was not great either. I avoid this location now
