Lately have been having issues with my order. I called to speak with someone they picked up and immediately hung up. The gal must not have listened because everything on my cup was wrong. We had already driven off before I realized it was incorrect.

Stopped by this Starbucks in Conifer on a cloudy spring evening after it had snowed the day before. I was craving a hot coffee with something warm to snack on while soaking in a mountain view—and this spot definitely delivers on the view. Big windows, snowy peaks in the distance... honestly, I feel like I paid more for the view than the food.

I ordered a hot café latte with whole milk and a ham croissant. The coffee was okay, nothing amazing, and the croissant was tasty but really small. Kinda disappointing for the price.

Inside, the vibe was chill. Saw a couple of folks working on laptops, and there’s plenty of space to sit and relax. Great place if you just want to sip something warm and zone out at the mountains for a bit.

All in all: come for the view, stay if you’ve got work to do or want a peaceful moment—but maybe don’t expect a filling meal.

The thing that makes this Starbucks so great is the staff. They will know your name, and they will treat you like royalty.

We stopped into Starbucks, which is frequented by us numerous times a week via drive-thru to get 8-10 pages signed and notorized. Having gone through this numerous times, explanations of the documents were not needed which I would have understood could have caused a little disruption.

Within minutes, Anthony came over to us and asked if we were buying anything today and if not, we needed to leave. Their fine print policy no longer allows for this. We were shocked and thought it was a joke, but he clearly was not kidding.

We continued as planned and left immediately after finishing the process, which took 8 minutes of our time, plus a few minutes for his explanation and him pointing at signs around the building, which are quite unreadable from the outside of the main entrance.

Our community should not, and likely will not, support such a ridiculous ruleset. Everyone was in a state of surprise around us as this occurred.

I implore Starbucks and this Owner to rethink this ridiculous policy and work within the confines of this loving and giving community of Conifer Colorado. The community makes the business, not the other way around.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’m so tired of these people, The last two times I’ve came through this drive-through. They’ve had such a bad attitude, no matter how kind you are and patient you are with them they seem to still have attitudes. I asked for extra caramel drizzle both times they haven’t given me that so this last time that I came, I asked for caramel drizzle and I told the lady that Every time I’ve asked for caramel drizzle they didn’t give me it so I’m wondering if they could do that and normally they line the cup. She said you have to specially request that which I’ve never had to do at any Starbucks location. I asked for it. I get to the front she hand me a cup with a covered bottom rather than clear I am assuming because they didn’t want me to see that they didn’t put extra drizzle. I end up opening the lid and I’m scraping the sides And I drink the drink, and there is no extra caramel. I think it was very rude and Deceiving as it’s just extra drizzle very petty. I wanted to so badly go inside because she said they ran out of the clear cups, but I went in the parking lot and she was giving a clear Venti cup to the next customer.

Not open at 5am like the hours said, front door was open so walked in and the woman working was incredibly rude. Sorry your hours say 5am and that your door was open lady sheesh. A little courtesy can go a long way, didn’t offer up what time they were opening either.

Treated like family here!

The restrooms no longer have paper towels but use air dryers. I believe that many customers don't wash their hands after using the facilities or use the sanitary toilet covers. I noticed that there are several toilet seat covers in the trash can.

Never had an issue before until we had a larger order, asked to use my rewards and the barista looked at my like I was an idiot, charged for the full order, and when I asked if she was able to use the rewards she again looked at me like I was stupid. It wasn’t until another barista told her we wanted to use the stars. At this point all they could do was refund the whole order and we were treated like an inconvenience.
