The food is amazing. Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Cortez. The best word I can think of to describe the food is clean. The sweet and sour chicken for example tastes crisp without the stringy chicken. Cooked perfectly. The egg drop soup is a fresh taste and not too thick.
Great potential but we went at the wrong time I guess. 1:15pm for lunch buffet on a Saturday, it was empty. 2 guys pulled up and went in so we followed. There was one table already eating, the 2 new guys, 5 of us, then about 10 minutes later a few more couples came. When we arrived there were only scraps left. Nothing was ever refilled or renewed even with the little rush of people. What we did get was good and we wished there was more.

This place is consistently the best Chinese food joint in town, hands down. The staff is always friendly and being a local, they know my usual order. Ordering take-out is so easy, usually fifteen minutes from the time you call until it's ready! It's like fast food just without the grease ??
