I was skeptical eating here after reading some reviews but turns out this place was actually really great! The servers were extremely nice, the service was quick. Ordering from Jose side of the menu, The skirt steak tacos & flautas were so good and had such great flavor. The margarita was extremely good! Will be back for sure.

This place was AMAZING. I had my doubts due to the reviews but I’m so glad I gave it a shot. I ordered from the Jose’s Mexican menu, and got the potato and cheese taquitos and the skirt steak tacos with rice and beans. The meat, I’m not kidding, was probably some of the best skirt steak I’ve had in a taco. The meat was very fresh and very flavorful and the potato and cheese taquitos were something I’ve never had tried before! The pickled onion and lettuce on top perfectly evens out the flavors. I will definitely be coming back here. Staff is incredibly friendly, and very very fast!

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! We tried 9380 for breakfast not knowing it was under new ownership! (We are staying in a hotel next door.) You order from a live person, menus, full service. The food was VERY GOOD! The toast was fresh, grain bread, the omelet was perfect and Ed, our server was excellent! Open all year round! Try this restaurant!

Staying at the elevation and stopped by for a drink on the patio. What amazing service!! We were greeted by a very friendly host. As we say and enjoyed the mountain side view we observed amazing customer service going above and beyond numerous times. A group near us with small children began to get restless, the host brought them a s'mores kit for the fire pit. Another group had their dog with them and their waitress brought the dog a bowl of water and the same amazing host brought dog treats to their dog and a couple others nearby. The atmosphere was so welcoming, the drinks were great and the music choices added to the afternoon.

We used the 9380 Restaurant & Tavern at Elevation Hotel and Spa as our pre-wedding welcome event venue! Getting in communication with the hotel & restaurant management was a bit challenging, but once we were in communication with them, they helped us plan and execute our welcome event beautifully!! It was such a nice way to welcome everyone who came from so far to participate in our special day!

Really, really don't like the scan the menu, order your own food thing. It was glitchy but just didn't like the lack of human contact. The food was mediocre but overpriced, especially since they are paying minimal people. We didn't go back.

Food was ok at best, atmosphere left quite a bit to be desired and the staff didn’t seem to understand English - some more than others. The online ordering system was weird and seemed to be built around the fact that the staff didn’t know English, also was not conducive to drink refills, etc. Location to the hill is great though.

Fun time sitting out by the fire pit, and having our food and beverages delivered there!

Tried to order dinner, server advised they "don't accept cash" and we had no other means of payment at the time. What kind of restaurant won't accept cash payment? Edit: 9380 replied they they are only taking "contactless" ordering, but the servers bring food that they hand to you, the cooks contact your food as it's made, the bartender handles the glass you're drinking out of. It's just crazy they won't let you pay for your burger with a $20.

We decided to ignore the bad reviews and spend Super Bowl Sunday at 9380 Tavern since we were staying at Elevation Hotel. Could not beat the convenience. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We had multiple servers making sure we were happy. So glad we decided to check it out!

Cozy base restaurant. Came here a couple times after skiing. I recommend the elk chili or the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Both were amazing. The BLT was also a good choice if you aren't in the mood for something hardy. They have a good variety drink list to choose from too. I personally liked how you have to order. You choose a table, scan the qr code, put in your table number, and order though your phone. Waitress just comes to you when your order is ready and gratuity is already added to your check. I can see how it could be difficult for older not so tech savvy individuals, but if you are having issues a waitress will come by with an ipad to help you out.

Had lunch here three days in a row. Good options for a quick, satisfying, tasty meal. Friendly accommodating staff. Especially good spot with kids in tow. Nothing fancy, but I’m Surprised the reviews are so negative. We found the online ordering system easy and fast. It’s convenient for a break from the slopes and has ample indoor and outdoor seating.

Great place to take a rest and grab some warm food between runs. The elk fries were great. I liked that you could order from your phone. The waitress was still awesome.

Food was delicious. Service not top notch but ok. Kinda floored by one staff member telling us 'it was her Friday and she wanted to go home'!! Basically, hurry up.

Stayed at the hotel and came here for their breakfast every morning and a couple of lunches along with some hot drinks during our stay, everything was good and the staff was very nice. Will definitely be back when we visit again.
