We tried this place today. It was fantastic! We ordered the chip with the three salsa flight. The yellow salsa was amazing. Big chunks of pineapple and habanero! Delicious We got the carnitas with green pork chili and pineapple. Best meal I have had in a while! The service here is on point! Absolutely amazing experience! 10 stars!!!
Libby took great care of us and had all the best recommendations. Next time you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in the mountains, you gotta try Bonez. Great margaritas, enchiladas, and don’t miss the DIY guacamole! (Couple that with the queso blanca)
I had the enchilada with beef and potato. Everything was good except the sauce was mostly ground tomatoes. It was not a typical enchilada sauce. It had more of a flavor of a marinara sauce. WE also got the guacamole and chips. They put everything in a bowl and let you mix and season it yourself. It was fun but I kinda made a mess out of it. We dined outside on the patio. Over all I would go again.
