Breadery Reviews
THE best meal we had in Crested Butte this trip! Grounded in the owner’s great-grandmother’s sourdough starter (named “Trisha”, because OF COURSE), this woman-owned gem is deliciousness at every turn. From the sourdough with black garlic butter to the house-made pasta to the flatbreads and finally bread pudding, everything was PERFECTION - well balanced, indulgent, DELICIOUS. And the wait staff were awesome too (thanks, Abby!). Don’t miss this spot!

The Breadery in Crested Butte offers a mixed dining experience. The restaurant is known for its fabulous food, drinks, ambiance, and service. While the Caesar salad and the Pride Cheese Ravioli receive praise, the brisket mezzaluna dish has been described as frozen and lacking balance. The Breadery makes their own bread, pasta, and cakes in-house, with standout items like the carrot ravioli and any cake-based dessert highly recommended. Customers love the sourdough loaves, which are available for sale when the restaurant opens, though they tend to sell out quickly. Reservations are essential, requiring a deposit, and they fill up fast. The space has an old school vibe and reflects attention to detail. For those eager to visit, arriving early is advised as the line moves quickly once the doors open.
