Want to feel like an outsider - this is the place for you. Unfriendly historical spot that could be cool, but isn't. Save your beer money for a different place if you can.

We have been to Crested Butte for YEARS. Usually love this place. This weekend our friend (who owns a house here) was getting married. We popped in after the rehearsal dinner and I bought myself and two other girls a shot. After we took the shot a couple tried to buy us one but the bartender REFUSED the couple to give a shot and embarrassed us in front of everyone by saying we were over served and drunk. We took one shot, paid our tab and had already tipped her before she said this. We were in disbelief since we were completely sober (Only had one shot). She continue to embassies us and lecture us about the altitude and then told us to leave. We love Crested Butte and had only had positive, respectful experiences before this. It ruined the whole night and as a paying customer it was the worst service ever.

Female bartender was the worst. Super rude. Def won’t be back. Too bad it’s a cool atmosphere.

What’s the sum of 19.20 and 1.30 tax? 20.50. What’s the total per the receipt? 21.00. When I asked about it the waitress says “ok”. Obviously 50 cents is not a big deal. Think of adding 50 cents to every tab all day every day for years. It’s just weird. If you have 25 customers a day on average, you’re up charging them $4.6k a year.
Fun place in a super fun

World class establishment. I crashed my backcountry skis and rolled in there leakin blood. Didnt even have to ask, they just started pouring me a fat drink and whipped out the first aid kit and fixed up my wounds. They put the hospital in hospitality and the put the booze in the beverage.

This place is so much fun a group of us from Breckenridge came down and had the absolute best time with Shelly the bartender. Peart, the doorman was also really nice and helped us out with understanding the rules of the shuffleboard table. 10/10 will go back was such a great time!
