You can tell that they pay attention to the details: from the menu design, to the quality place settings, to the pace of service. Loved the intimate feel of the converted space and honestly enjoyed every dish!
Wow! Miette is a hidden gem of Crested Butte. I took my parents and my girlfriend here on my parents last night in town. We sat in a beautiful courtyard and enjoyed the sunshine. The service was immaculate and the food was just as good! We had the apricot gazpacho soup, beef tartare and the BEST burger in the entire world. From start to finish our experience was tremendous, I would highly recommend Miette to anybody looking for a very special dining experience. Props to our amazing...
Incredible meal and amazing service in a cozy cabin with a snowy view. Hard to beat! Love how you can build your own plate. The drink selection is on point too. Will definitely be back!
