The new seating arrangement is a big step down. Very institutional/dormitory style. Total decline in ambience and style from before. We used to love Uleys on our last day of skiing. Not so sure anymore.
Great mountain views and great food. We stopped by for lunch while skiing and shared a charcuterie board and the wild game stroganoff. Both were excellent as was the mulled wine. Will definitely go back soon.
Uley's Cabin is such a unique dining experience tucked away in the mountains. The food was superb and the service was great. Definitely would recommend and we will be back next time we're in Crested Butte!
