Andy was so kind and welcoming. I stopped here after running errands and it did not disappoint for exploring a new spot. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and everything was so reasonably priced for great quality. I can’t wait to come back here again!

Great food, great service! Everything was full of flavor and expertly prepared. We ordered the Sampler, sopapillas, 2 entrees and the flan! Andy was fantastic—personable, attentive, and gave great recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is a true gem and I cannot recommend it enough. Very good tacos at a very reasonable price, especially if you go on a Tuesday where they’re discounted. Try the smoked carnitas tacos.

Service can get a little slow on Tuesdays just because of their popularity but I wouldn’t dock points because of it, just plan accordingly.

Staff is very friendly and I always enjoy coming here.

We had a great experience at Adobo. We were nervous because the restaurant was closing soon but our server Andy was very kind and efficient. Delicious food and great drinks. They’ve expanded the menu since the last time we went and the new dishes were excellent.

My deviled eggs were just plain egg whites with a piece of carnitas on top. No yolk, no sauce, no flavor. I ordered chips and salsa but only got the chips. I was pretty disappointed in our to go order.

The food was fantastic. We had the deviled eggs, the lumpia, the sopapillas, and smoked carnitas and Baja fish tacos, and loved all of them. The deviled eggs were not traditional and were filled with pulled pork, but we're delicious. The lumpia filling was very flavorful. We got the stuffed sopapillas without meat, and they were amazing and a little spicy. The smoked carnitas taco was incredible and is a must try.
The bartender was also our server, and he was very nice and helpful. He definitely made sure we had a fun date night!

My wife and I are from New Mexico and were elated to find a New Mexico/Filipino fusion truck. Blaine and his team catered our wedding in 2018 and people are still talking about the food to this day. The service was top notch from cocktail hour through the dinner. We even had an issue getting flatware to the venue and Blaine personally handled it for us. His team ensured that the food was delivered on time and everyone was fed. We were so lucky to have him. Now we frequent his restaurant and it’s only gotten better. HIGHLY recommend.

I was so moved by the flavors of Adobo that I had to stop eating and write this review. The food is incredible, the staff are wonderful, and I absolutely cannot wait to come back, again and again, to try literally everything. Andy was our server and cannot recommend higher for a top tier experience.

When we were first seated we were asked about any food allergies or dietary restrictions (which is so lovely to state upfront) and the menu is filled with gluten-free and vegetarian options. The aroma of a freshly smoked whole pig is wafting in the space, I cannot believe Adobo is also well priced.

I came today for pancit and was delighted to try a few wing flavors (.75 cents on Wed & Sun) as my partner weighed out which New Mexican plate calls out to him. Next time we might swap flavors to continue making our way through this fantastic menu.

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately there were just so many things wrong with our experience here.

First off, it took about 15 minutes to get service, then another 20 to get our beers and cocktails. The beer on draft was warm and flat, how do you mess up a draft beer? The cocktails on the contrary were actually the best thing tonight.

My pork trio plate was dismal at best. The Lechon was nuke dry, it was like eating thrice microwaved pork belly, it was rock hard and nearly inedible. The chicharons were of poor quality, like something you would eat from a bag of chips at the gas station. The smoked pork belly, was the one saving grace, they were actually very delicious and juicy. That said, the entire dish leaves a lot to be desired.

The lumpia appetizer was also dry and honestly just not great, mid at best.

Table behind us got sat well after us yet got their food way before us. Then they brought a single entree to our table of 5, so we watched her eat for about 10 minutes.

Overall there were a couple bright spots in the evening. But the overall theme was poor service, rampant disorganization, and dry food that they hoped they could hide behind dipping sauces. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Everything I tried was delicious. The Chile fries were super crispy and held up strong to the yummy savory green Chile. The chicken wings were outstanding. Super plump, crispy and adequately dressed up their amazing Cholula butter sauce. They don't skimp on the sauce which is a big pet peeve. Ambiance was great and service was highly attentive.

Adobo delivers on the food!! Very delicious and highly recommended! We tried the sampler appetizers plate with lumpia, carnitas deviled eggs and green chili wontons. YUM! For dinner we had the spicy chicken pinoy rice bowl and pork green chili plate. Delicious! If you are experienced with New Mexico chili or fillipino cuisine, this place is a must!
We loved it so much we went back 3 days later for Taco Tuesday! Smoked carnitas and Baja beef tacos were our favorite. They also have hot cholula butter wings. Amazing!! I will definitely be a frequent flyer to this wonderful place!

This place is AMAZING. Our server was awesome and the food was absolutely LIGHTS OUT! We had the A sampler, the chili cheese fries were the star of the show, then had the chicken adobo birria taco, the Baja fish taco and the chicken adobo rice bowl. We will absolutely be back - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Ordered a spicy mango margarita 13$ for a 6 ounce thick mango juice with no tequila in it. My husband ordered a Paloma no passion fruit the drink tasted horrible it had passion fruit in it. The bar tender tried to make a regular Paloma and it tasted like watered down grapefruit juice no tequila taste what so ever just like the mango margarita. Should have walked out after they offered some cold sticky rice thing that looked like baby food had no flavor and the horrible drinks but we gave it one more chance ordered stuffed soppillas well that was also a mistake tasted like day old soppillas the filling was inconsistent big chunks of one thing and small chunks of other things the sauce was the only thing that was good. We heard this place originated from a food truck maybe that is better??
