Might be the best taco I've ever had (carnitas) and the service was amazing. I've been coast to coast and this place is legit. Props to Mirko, Michael and Kendall for making someone new to Denver feel the Colorado love!
I have food allergies (including being allergic to tomatoes and citrus) and the chef marked up a menu for what I could/couldn't eat and they could alter. I was still able to have three really good tacos and the churros and they were kind about plating things separately and noting the chips had lime and offering me a side of tortillas instead. I'd go back :)
