Aspen Baking's Potato Slider Buns kicked the sliders I sell at festivals up a big notch. They are so much better than any thing else available as a slider bun. I always have to take one out to eat fresh every time I pick them up.
Not much experience with them directly, but got some of their potato buns from a work picnic. Used them for some brisket and pulled pork, and just now got bored and tried them as bread and butter on the side.
These buns are great, nice and soft and have a great flavor to them. Almost remind me of bigger King's Hawaiian but a bit less sweet. Honestly, it's a shame I don't see a price on their website cause I'd be down to buy more from them...
