Was denied service over my under 20 pound 10 year old service dog. When I sat anyway and contacted corporate another manager came and offered me a to go order then hit me for $35 for biscuits and gravy and their crepe breakfast!

24/7 is rare these days
Sat in lobby for close to half an hour while the server served only people she knew, completely ignoring our group then when asked if we could be served, older female server decided to snap and ask what our problem was. Horrible customer service, whole staff besides cooks need to be fired

IHOP is a restaurant known for its exceptional customer service. Mark at this location went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, even replacing a drink that didn't taste right. Although there has been feedback about slow service, the friendly staff makes the dining experience enjoyable. The food, such as the sirloin tops with onions and mushrooms and eggs, is praised for its flavor, especially the mushrooms, which are sliced big and thick. However, some customers find the seating arrangement uncomfortable, as the booths are too close together. Despite a few hiccups, the welcoming atmosphere and tasty food continue to make this location highly recommended.
