This was the fastest Panda I've ever been to. The employees were friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and flavorful, too. When driving back to the hotel, there was observable steam coming out of my box. The lobby was clean when I walked in. The floor at the entrance was wet, which was a potential slip hazard as my coworker slipped by didn't fall. A wet floor sign warning would have been great, but overall, great food choice location on a time crunch!
I visited Panda Express recently and the experience was disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested, with no smiles or welcoming gestures. Instead of focusing on customer service, they appeared more engrossed in gossip, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere reminiscent of a high school clique. It's crucial for a dining establishment to prioritize customer experience, and unfortunately, Panda Express fell short in that regard during my visit.
