My family and I went for a burger, they were out of burgers, then the whole family ordered chicken tenders instead but I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for mine so everyone was done eating before I even got mine and they were burnt:( The waitress with blonde short hair was really nice not her fault at all but probably won’t come back tbh.

I’m about 16 years late on this review, since discovering the best NY style ? slices at the AC on east colfax circa 2008. Then Sully introduced the smashburgers and wings, and absolutely nailed them. Then came the garlic knots and TBH they were pretty mediocre. BUT I tried them again last night; apparently AC tweaked their garlic knot methods, and now they’re best I’ve had in the state. Crispy, chewy, tasty. Totally nailed the garlic knots. So: the best local NY ?, chicken wings, and garlic knots in one (well, multiple I guess) kitchen(s). Easily 5 ⭐️- I’d give 6 ⭐️ if I could. And I didn’t even mention the biscuit Sammy’s… ? ? ?

This has been a go to for my son and I for years. The pizza is tasty but the green salad is my favorite with the balsamic dressing which I believe is homemade. The staff is always friendly and the toppings are fresh. Definitely recommend for a quick meal with friends or family.

I'm so fond of this establishment and the fastidious detail given to their deceptively uncomplicated menu but but Alton Brown or any other self proclaimed food science geek would be hard pressed to compete with the accuracy and deliberate delivery of the ATOMIC Cowboy offerings. Spot on!
