This was our first time at this cuisine and I gotta say, one of the best Indian Cuisines I’ve had ever. The owner is very kind and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food was delicious, the flavor and spices were excellent and being able to taste all the ingredients put together makes this place my highlight in my Denver trip. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to try Indian cuisine. You won’t be disappointed.
We came in for a family dinner - 8 of us. The food is fantastic. The service is friendly and prompt, and the manager/owner was kind in coming by to check on us. He's so kind! It's not loud, so easy to have great conversations as we passed all the delicious food around the table. Samosas were the best I've ever had. Vindaloo was excellent. Vegan options were all so tasty. We'll definitely be back!

Whenever we’re going through Denver we make sure to go to Himalayan Spice - just a few blocks off of I70, easy on and off. They clearly use high quality ingredients and everything we’ve ordered has been excellent. Also very good customer service. Best Indian food I’ve had. Very highly recommended.
