Did you know as an adult you can go and get delicious chocolate cake or pastries and have it for lunch! Make the mature choice and go get a piece of cake.

Excellent bakery with amazing croissants. Wish they had a location in Boulder.

This bakery has a faithful following of customers and, for the most part, it’s deserved. However, value certainly isn’t one of their redeeming qualities. Especially after today’s purchase of this chocolate croissant. Certainly nice and flaky. But….LACKING in chocolate 😔

5 stars seems inadequate. The pastries and bread at Babette's are far and away the best I have had in years. The croissants are flakey and tender, blueberry and cheese pastries make you forget your diet, and the baguettes are worthy of pate and cornichons. Spending $12 for a pain naturel may seem excessive, but the flavor and texture (and size!) will have you realizing there was no better way to spend that cash. This is not every day bread. This is bread you have with your favorite homemade soup or that spinach and roasted beet salad you love so much. It is worthy of such company. Of course it's also delicious in the car when you tear a piece off the end because you can't wait the 20 minutes it takes to get home.

A patient of mine put me on to Babettes when they were changing locations in Longmont. He told me about their homemade bread, and this was enough to lure me in. We live in Lafayette, so the fact that it’s on the south side of Longmont makes it very accessible. Personally, I return for the pastries. They are the right amount of sweetness and are laminated wonders. It gets a little crazy on the weekends, so if you can stop in midweek you will have a much less chaotic experience.

Goddess, I miss this place since they (smartly) relocated to this cute neighborhood in Longmont! Finally made it up there today on other business, and my taste buds are singing with happiness! That focaccia Romano is FIRE! Simply a SUPERB stand out bakery!

The best sourdough loaves I’ve had anywhere, hands down. I only get my bread from here. Their tiramisu is also unmatched. A passionate and honest couple who are masters at what they do.
