Great food and great coffee! You can’t leave without trying their Strawberry Creme Brûlée. Everything I’ve tried is absolutely delicious. The line is quite long since there is only one counter and one register but the line moves quickly and it’s well worth the wait.

The food in the display is to brown for my liking. However, the regular croissant and almond cake were delicious. The almond cake had the perfect hit of flavor and smooth and creamy frosting. Really delicious. The croissant was buttery and flaky, with lots of layers. The ends had a bit of a burnt taste though. If they would cook their food just a few minutes less, then I would be getting so much more food from them then I am now.

We tried their cinnamon roll/croissant and one of the focaccias, it was all absolutely delicious! Unfortunately they sold out of the blueberry tart when we got there, oh well. Excuse the poor pictures quality, I was really hungry after a long hike and clicked them a bit impatiently.

I discovered their amazing pastries through Juniper Goods - another gem in Longmont.
I’ve been here a couple of times, and as you can see from the photos, all the breads and pastries are burnt. Staff will quickly tell you it’s “caramelized” but I’m not interested in picking bitter black flakes off the outside of my pastries, no matter what you call it.
The coffee each time was decent, and the service ranged from ok to mildly rude. The atmosphere is nice though it can get too loud.
I’m desperate for a good bakery in town, and this is really the only full service one we have at the moment.

Came here for the first time with my family yesterday (got a few things) everyone loved what they ordered. I want to point out that I ordered a moelleux brownie and it was the the best thing I have ever had lol will be back for more
