Eating some absolutely god awful take out we just picked up from here. Every single piece of sushi is falling apart and tastes old. By far the worst sushi Iv had in Denver and that’s saying something.
This is absolutely horrible.

Denver Restaurant Week 2026.
Everything was exceptional! Each flavor combination was well thought out and executed.
Staff was friendly and helpful. A very upscale but relaxing environment.

Highly recommend as a lovely experience for the food, location, and service!

The food was so fresh and tasty. Diego, our server, was incredibly knowledgeable and their recommendations were always on point. Will come back because of the food, vibes, and good times!

Exceptional service, kind people who are extremely attentive. Amazing for celiac. Gluten free options so good you would never know they are gluten free. The food is as good as the best I have had. Would recommend to anyone. Call or use website for reservations.

Our new favorite sushi spot! Every single dish we had was incredible. Especially the seared albacore nigiri and the sunset roll (ticked every box). Byron gave us great service, and the head chef James is so on top of it and incredibly generous. Will definitely be coming back!

Came here with a big group and honestly didn’t expect to get seated so fast but they got us right in no problem. The staff was super helpful and nice the whole time. We had a friend with us who’s pregnant and can’t eat fish and they knew exactly what to recommend for her which was awesome, she wasn’t left out at all. Food was great, vibes were great, will definitely be back with the crew!!

Yum, stumbled upon for lunch and did takeout. The staff was very kind while I waited and kept me hydrated. Had four different rolls and each was delicious in its own way.

Delightful little spot with some interesting sashimi options. We stopped on a park for a Valentine's day lunch and I'm glad we did. The only weirdness was some sort of issue with them not being able to make tea.

The king salmon crudo was a solid deal at the price point. I'm not 100% sold on the tomatoes (how am I supposed to pick that up with chopsticks?!), but the micro greens and sauce were great. The deep fried rice hashbrown sushi thing was surprisingly wonderful, with lots of fun texture. Presentation of the other sushi was well executed, as were the rolls themselves. I'm not typically a fan of bivalves, but I enjoyed the clam roll we tried.

The space was quite nice, and the wait staff was great with recommendations and knowing when to stop by the table, even if only to update us on the tea situation.

Also, I guess their hamburger is really good? I saw someone come in solo just for the burger. I'm going to have to come back and try it. I didn't even notice it on the menu.

Ordered chicken karaage to start off with and it was really good. Rainbow roll was my favorite and spicy tuna roll was also good. The chirashi bowl was very diverse in selection and was laid over an amazing tasting rice definitely recommend for people who like their raw fish. Our server was amazing he was checking up on us often and took care of us well. The ambiance of the spot was also really nice. All in all definitely recommend if you have not checked it out.

This was our neighborhood sushi place until tonight. We enjoyed the sushi chefs but never the wait staff who pushed over the edge with their rudeness. It's for the best because the quality of the food and presentation has gone down drastically recently. An older man in training with substandard cleanliness and skill is preparing many rolls. More concerning is his use of an unsanitary cutting board. And, they do not use gloves. Sitting at the sushi bar, you can see exactly what's going on. It's a matter of time before the health department shuts them down. Disgusting. Stay away. Beware of Stephanie, the high and mighty. If you don't fit her world view she'll exert her imagined power and basically slay no soul for you. We will never return. Sushi Den is where we are now. They have great service and consistent, clean and reliable food. We are always welcomed with open arms and the atmosphere is upbeat and positive. Bye bye bamboo! No boo hoos here!

I eat here frequently and the service is always top-notch. Servers are attentive and polite, the chefs make excellent suggestions at the sushi bar, and you can tell they all work very hard especially on busy nights such as tonight. A very sad woman came in and made it everyone’s problem that she couldn’t get a reservation and her and her husband felt the need to take it out on the staff in front of everybody dining and that’s not reflective of any experience we’ve ever had here.
