The $18 calamari was disappointing, but the sushi was tasty.

The food was incredible. I was highly appreciative that everything was gluten free except the burger. It felt like a very safe restaurant for someone with celiac like me! Also plenty of vegetarian options. The pickled veggie roll and cauliflower tempura were my favorite things! The spicy edamame was SPICY and delicious!

So expensive and entirely not worth it. Not authentic, pretty sure my partner got food poisoning too

Might be the go to Bamboo in Denver

We came to this location twice. The first time our server essentially ignored us and the same thing happened the second time - so much so that nobody even greeted us at the door. The service is very poor.

Absolutely love this place. Not just because it’s around the corner. Always an awesome and creative sushi menu and the cocktails always hit the mark!

I was so excited they opened this location close to my place because I’m obsessed with the LoHi location. I’ve been to this new spot twice now, both times were pretty rough. The tempura cauliflower, a staple appetizer item, they left raw batter on twice - trying to correct their mistake. Unable to get that simple dish correct, I came back with hope. We ordered the spicy scallop rolls as hand rolls as advertised on the menu. There were 2 of us. They brought one, and when I asked for another they then charged us for multiple rolls instead of the one dish. The Full Circle rolls were made differently as well, leaving off the fried green onion. The location is dirty, and the manager seemed overwhelmed and confused most of the time. I recommend the other location and all of their delicious food over this one any day.

My favorite sushi restaurant in Denver. Both locations are great! Vibes are strong, sustainable fishing practices, some unique dishes… and all at great prices. The manager at the location on Madison street has a manager that always goes above and beyond. It’s my go to!

I had such a great experience at Bamboo Sushi in Congress Park! The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, with a vibe that’s both laid-back and upscale. The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented — I especially loved the Green Machine and the Full Circle rolls. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. We felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend for a date night, special occasion, or just because you love great sushi!

New sushi spot in the former Ronin space - enjoyed the quick service at the sushi bar, the sesame green beans, miso soup and Fry Tide signature roll were all stellar. Hope to return to sample more of the menu

The LoHi location is much better at making sushi. This location feels like super market quality rolls, with mushy inconsistent rice distribution and wet soggy ginger. Very sad to see the quality decline versus LoHi. The service was good though… therefore 3 stars instead of 2.

Visited the new Bamboo Sushi spot over in our neighborhood here in Congress Park and was a bit sad. I miss the old old Ronin with the two brothers behind the counter. The nigiri was sort of gelatinous, the rolls were doused in thick sauces.

I'll own that I'm a full on sushi snob foodie and that this spot is likely perfect for those with kids or low expectations in the quality realm. I will say we ordered 3 kinds of nigiri and they randomly brought us 4 pieces of two of the kinds and 2 pieces of another variety which was more than we were expecting-two of each is what we anticipated as the server did not clarify or ask. We ate 3 of the 10 pieces of nigiri served and half of the 2 rolls...left the rest in disappointment. I love this little neighborhood spot and was hoping for a more upscale quality, I wish i had more good things to say. Likely won't be back.

Walked to the new sushi joint in our hood and I am SO happy with our experience. Our server made perfect recommendations ( the green machine roll is so unique and delicious) and our kids devoured the Asian inspired chicken nuggets. There were so many interesting things on the menu I can’t wait to make this a regular spot for a family meal, happy hour, friend dinner or date night!
