Under the Umbrella Cafe is one of my favorite neighborhood go-to places. Today, I had enough time before my commute to stop for a grab & go breakfast burrito/latte. They were so quick with my order that I ended up being earlier to work than expected, even though there was line in front of me. My absolute favorite oat milk vanilla latte in denver -- they make their own syrup and it makes all the difference! Also, don't forget to grab a burrito too with their homemade salsa. My fav breakfast to treat myself on the go during the week.
