This was my first time here and had it not been for the hostesses it would have been a five star experience. We showed up about 5-10 minutes early for our reservation and it still took us a good 20-25 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Food is excellent! Service is excellent. Like all full service restaurants these days the prices are not cheap. We wouldn't go here everyday, but for a special occasion it's ok to splurge once in a while.
We went on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, a while back when the weather was not very good and the place was still super packed, so just be aware you may have to wait for a table.

We came up from Boulder because we were craving paella and they were out of the seafood which was a bummer. Our waiter recommended the vegetarian one because it was more crispy (which is the whole point of paella) and honestly it was SUPER bland and not crispy at all.
